I came in on a time crunch to find new shoes (15-20 mins) and Kenzie was SO helpful! She ran to grab me three different sizes and educating me on how the shoe should fit/break in. It was my first time in the store and she was such a great first impression!

Very poor customer service, we bought a pair of Timberland shoes this March, until this month my husband began to wear and the edge was broken after 2 weeks. They promised one year warranty, but they excused there was no receipt and refused to offer any support. The worst shop ever met. They just want to sell shoes and earn money, no services at all.

Just went there , the two ladies working there at 8:00 pm were literally very rude . The one with a mark on her neck was literally being unwelcoming.

Have bought tons of pairs of shoes here and I love them all! The quality of service really depends on the associates but no major complaints so far, they have always gone the extra mile to find some cute stuff for my small feet???
