I really like these jeans. As a bigger guy, they fit and stretch, and the denim lasts for a while before wearing out.

Bought some jeans from here a while ago, was very impressed with the quality, they seem to last way longer than other jeans you buy from more generic places. Was looking for some shirts in the mall and decided to try Lucky Brand. The materials they use for their shirts are far superior to anything else I could find in the mall. very soft and comfortable. I also liked the designs on some of the shirts. They were maybe a little bit more expensive but the quality speaks for itself. I will be going back here for my clothes shopping in the future

Dec 27 went to the outlet mall to do some returns. I walked into Lucky and both employees were sitting on the couch in the middle of the store. There were customers but not busy. I walked up to the counter and the two employees removed themselves from the couch to tell me no returns on Dec 27. I thought this was funny considering the employees obviously didn’t care as they were not helping anyone in the store or doing anything. Anyway customer service is a joke. This is not the first time I have walked in and out because the employees were lounging on the couch. Just an fyi every other store in the mall was doing returns.

Sales people are nice enough but what annoys me is every time I go in there, I can’t find any jeans in my size. There’s literally floor-to-ceiling stacks of jeans in size 0-6. I can never find a pair of jeans in any style in size 12. I’ve shopped in US locations several times and it’s never like that, I’ve always found jeans that fit and I love. Is it to force curvy gals to ask for a larger size?? I just want to go into a store, find what I want myself without having to get someone fetch me my size that they don’t want to display and be able to try it on. So I shop at other stores that have more standard sizes readily available. Thanks for nothing!
