Does not accept MPI Theft Repairs!

I do not recommend this workshop. I had to go to MPI to prove that the repair was done poorly, and not all parts were replaced according to MPI's assessment. Moreover, I had to give the car to the workshop 3 times to fix 1 claim. Even after the MPI representative arrived at the workshop to accept the car, there were still some defects. I have added a photo (the engine protection should have been secured with latches, but the MPI representative together with the owner said that it was my fault and I broke these clips somewhere). They pointed out to me on the bumper that there were chips(I add the photo)there and said that I crashed into the curb which is not true. By the way, they also painted this bumper for me and the paint started to peel off after 3 weeks(according to MPI supervisor and the owner it was a spot which was hit by curb) moreover, they did not match the color(I attached photo). Before picking up the car from them the second time, the owner of the repair shop told me that he had removed the rubber protection (lip) from the front bumper and would put it back when the man from MPI arrived. When I brought the car for the third time, the man from MPI and the owner told me that this rubber lip should not be under the bumper and never was. In conclusion I would like to add that the owner promised to take my car for repair in 2 weeks, but when a month came and I came to the workshop and asked why you don't take the car for repair, the owner answered because the Kia Forte 2017 is a very rare car and therefore you need to wait a long time for spare parts. When I told him that I will do the repairs in another workshop, he told me that tomorrow the spare parts will be there, and the day after tomorrow the car will be ready. The next day when I came, the owner said that all the mechanics and painters were sick and that I should come on Monday next week. As a result, an unfinished car with a bunch of jambs after 3 months.

The staff are friendly. I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. My appointment began right on time, which I appreciated. The quality of the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Totally unprofessional, went there to fix bumper of my car got estimates and asked me to drop car to replace bumper ended up damaging all my sensors asked me to go to Toyota to fix it. Scamers
