Had my business suit dry cleaned, I never got any calls from them since I dropped it a week and half ago. They said that they had reached me but I have never got any answers from them till I reached out to them. They never apologized for the miscommunication.
Overall they did dry clean my suit but the customer service is horrendous.

These guys were amazing! My daughter had reffered me. We were dealing with cleaning seniors apartment: helped us through washing and a ton of dry cleaning, picked up, delivered, but honestly the best part was the recovery of a diamond ring!!!
I woukd highly recommend them to anyone. I wish there were 10 stars🥰🥰

This was our first time at a laundromat and we didn’t have a clue what to do. Both the staff and clientele were SO friendly and helpful. Dia walked us through everything and was so kind. We washed and dried our own clothes, but they also offer drop-off wash, dry, and dry cleaning services. The prices are cheaper than our apartment’s washer and dryer. For anyone needing any of these services I recommend Marion Plaza Laundry 100%.

Family Run business and also a family oriented atmosphere.Where Strangers become friends. The owners and staff and family members are always willing to help and always willing to have an encouraging conversation. Bring a beverage, bring some popcorn.Have a seat , watch a movie or grab a book on the shelf. The friendly atmosphere will make you feel right at home. The service is prompt and very freindly.

Very friendly staff. Ramsay met me as I came and explained how everything worked. If you are paying by debit you just put all your clothes in the wash and go to the counter and say how many machines you are using. Then pay by debit and you are given change. Very useful. They have everything you need there.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY CLEANING. Got two sweaters dry cleaned. I recognize that sometimes stains cannot come out, and that is not the problem with this place (although the stains did not come out either). Unfortunately both sweaters came back completely stretched out everywhere, and ruined. The mock neck on one of them seemed to be steamed out, the shoulder on another one now does not fall at the shoulder and much lower on the arm. Everywhere else, just stretched out. My sister told me same thing happened when she went there, wish I had known before I went. The cost was so cheap to get it done, I would’ve loved to be a return customer, but now I know!

Had to wash some bedding there. Owner was extremely kind and helpful. They had a place to wait as well, futurama was playing on the TV, everything was great.

Super clean, friendly place. Secure doors for entrance. (It matters these days!) Beverages, free books, comfortable seating. Wish I’d known about this place sooner. Excellent!

Was very impressed with the customer service given by Ramzi.
No matter whether you were a regular customer, a newbie (as we were) or someone unfamiliar with how the machines worked or struggling with English, Ramzi was friendly, patient and helpful.
I didnt know him before our visit, but he was tremendous with all customers.
Highly recommend!

I wish they have more bigger machines for drying and washing. They have tons of space there but there's not enough machines for heavy load. The staff is nice and helpful though.
