Worst location. Twice I came here. And the website says they have in stock. Waited for 30 mins for the staff to look for it and still they don't know.. not gonna shop here anymore and will not advise everyone I know

Worst customer experience ever all the staff is from India and nobody speaks any English walked around the store for over half an hour not one person approached me or asked me if I needed help. They were all too busy putting away stock. The Carhart products are very slim no size small , go to the one on regent everybody there is Canadian and as soon as you walk in the door, someone offers to help you , was going to do my Christmas shopping early, but I won’t be going to that location

Careful buying work boots from Marks.
I bought a pair of Helley Hansen boots at the end of October in 2023.
In my line of work, I work one month on one month off. So by April of 2024 I was surprised to see the soles peeling off the bottom. I only had 3 months of wearing these boots, until the soles started coming off.
When I contacted Helley Hansen, they informed me they license the name to Marks Work Warehouse.
Then looking when I was looking at getting a warranty honoured at Marks Work Warehouse, I found my Warranty was up when this problem started.
6 month warranty.
Walmart work boots last longer then Marks Work Warehouse boots.

First review I’ve ever made, unbelievable. Do not expect nice service, or help what so ever from a middle aged lady “Britney”. Make sure to check your emails for receipts before leaving, that they say they sent you, because they won’t be existent when needing to do a return. Brittney should be merchandising if not able to have appropriate manners as a customer service worker.
