Rocco was great to deal with! Helped us get into a second vehicle when nobody else could, educated us on how things work with loans, interest rates, credit reports, banks, etc! All around good guy that'll fight to get you into something! Other dealerships pulled multiple credit checks and destroyed my credit before he gave me a call!

Bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla from this incompetent place in February 2023. What a big mistake. Stay away from this place. THE worst experience ever. All a bunch of empty promises. My story is way too long to say on here, but trust me, STAY AWAY from this place. Sam Melquist and his so called team, very bad customer service. There's a reason why they have high employee turnover.

I recently bought a Honda with this dealership. Brian (Salesman) was very good and helped me get everything I needed for the car. Also Rocco from finance is excellent at what he does and is very good at responding back. He guided me to buy warranty which later turned out to be very helpful. Nick (Manager) is also wonderful to do business with.

We had a pleasure of meeting Nick Allen ( Sales Manager) very respectful and easy to talk to i felt comfertable with Nick he lisin to us with our issue. Nick spoke to us very respectfully and he went above and beyond to fix our car. I would recommend Nick highly.

It's been 9 months and time for an update to this review. I've been meaning to do this for some time now. The review needed to be changed from a 5 star review to a 1 star and here are the reason's why:1) The service department is a horrible mess. They've gone through so many staff in the last 9 months, it's not even funny. My wife has taken her vehicle back THREE times to get fixed what was promised at time of purchase. The first time, my wife waited for over an hour to have her car serviced only to be told they could not find the service order. The person my wife was dealing with was no longer working there so she had to wait for the service department to find the paperwork. The second time, they didn't get all the parts, someone ordered the wrong emblem for her vehicle. The third time, they questioned what was offered in the first place by the sales team and couldn't figure it out with the sales team. The guy that offered it (or was on the sales team at the time), had the audacity to say he couldn't remember what was offered (which may be true, it has been 9 months, but we've been back THREE TIMES!), and they'll look into it and she might not be happy with the answer.2) Trying to get a hold of the service department is IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody there picks up the phone. We have a direct line to someone in the service department and she just stopped answering. We've tried to book an appointment for a simple oil change for the last three weeks and not one of our calls have been answered. We called on different days, at different times, and even on weekends. We finally got the front desk to transfer our call and stay on line with us until the call was answered.3) Every visit to this place will result in different answers, different service, if any service at all. The turnover of employees there is ridiculous, the sales person that took care of us (Gu), no longer works there and he was the only person who went above and beyond to get our issues addressed.So now we have a service plan that will be challenging to put to use because of issue number 2 above.My advice to anyone wanting to purchase a car from this place. If you can, avoid it. If you must buy the car, do not buy any of their service plans, upgrades, or anything else extra. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Take it to the worst mechanic you know, you'll have a better chance of getting your stuff fixed or oil changed.I have deleted my other review as it is no longer relevant seeing as the sales person whom it commended is no longer working there and the other one is not willing to fulfill their promises.

I purchased a car from them 2 months ago, I understand I was told about everything I was signing up for but not in an ethical way, knowingly taking advantage of young people. Theyre financial or sales manager whoever that guy is with a big build called me, there client! an” idiot “and laughed at me. The customer service in person and online has been the worst i have ever witnessed in my life. I want everyone to know that they are not helping you in any way and looking to fill there pockets. They returned my car adter service today by handing me the keys and asking me to go find it in the lot cus they domt know where it is. No one tried explaing what happened to the car while it was with them what services done nothing. Keys handed and told to leave and I can bery easily tell they have only been able to do 1 thing on the car when they were supposed to do a lot more. I have not had a more terrible experience then this dealership anywhere in my life. That guy even tried to go outside and fight us over us catching them in their lies
