THE WORST VEHICLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra at the end of September, 2023. It all started with the salesman making statements that were never followed through on, telling me he’d get the dents and other small issues fixed on it next time I came back to the dealership for service, but telling me not to say anything to anyone about this so that he doesn’t get in trouble. He also said he’d get $1,500 off the listed price for me if I put a deposit on it that week, and that never happened either. He bounced out of that dealership and moved to Calgary shortly after I bought the vehicle, so no skin off his back. A month after purchasing, the transmission failed, and fortunately, this was covered under their warranty, because it would have cost over $6,000 to fix. I brought my vehicle back in December to get the struts on the box cap door replaced, as agreed upon during purchase (they were waiting for the parts to come in). When they returned the vehicle to me, the door no longer latched closed, it popped open before I got out of the parking lot. They had the vehicle for an extra day to fix this. I drove the vehicle for 3 days after it was in the shop for this, and suddenly the dash was lighting up again. I got it towed to the dealership and they wanted “only” $10,279 for a used engine or over $16,000 plus tax for a new one. Of course, it was just out of warranty, so this was not covered. They failed to ever provide me with the 150+ point inspection that the dealership boasts and that I was quoted $799 for upon purchase. They told me they offered me a post-transmission warranty when they did that work and that I denied it, but that absolutely did not happen because I was stood up in the parking lot by Mike Del Grosso that morning when I came to the dealership to return the loaner vehicle and get my truck back (his idea to make this arrangement with me on Remembrance Day weekend while the dealership was closed). I also contacted GMC directly when the engine failed to share my GMC vehicle experience. They have been “investigating my case” for over a month and have followed up with me 13 times so far, to let me know they are still investigating. I told the dealership I couldn’t afford to fix the vehicle and I was not interested in a trade. I bought the truck for over $34,000 on September 30th and the vehicle has been sitting in their shop since January 16th. I just settled a deal for them to buy the truck back from me for $27,000 last week. They initially offered me $22,000 and I fought to get what I got. Save yourself a ton of stress and money and don’t buy a vehicle from here.

The staff at McNaught was extremely helpful! Everyone was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend checking out their vehicle selection, if nothing else they will give you truthful information about your next vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Connor and Mike have gone above and beyond to make my new purchase as simple as possible. They accommodated my weird schedule and short notices, keept me up todate on the progress and was patient with me for all my questions and gave me time to think without feeling pressured. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Excellent purchase of a vehicle, had a glitch but brought it back to show Joe de Silva (the best guy I have the pleasure of meeting) he took care of all of my issues, absolutely recommend looking at this site and dealing with Joe for sales!!!! He organized all service work needed (not much to be fair) and was well taken care of by Ron in service. Would recommend this place to my friends and the outstanding service provided!Cheers Joe for getting me a superb Truck!

I previously left a three star review for the service performed on my Denali Sierra. Had an appointment time for a oil change and inspection. They had my truck for 5 hours before it was completed. I originally left a 3 star review because I wanted to be fair because some aspects of the experience were positive. They responded to my review with a email address and insisted I reach out so they could make it right. I emailed them the next day and ghosted me with no response. Please do not support this business. They also insist you give their sales staff 5 stars instead of being truthful on the gmc survey. I will never return.

I came in for an oil change with no appointment and there was no waiting, great service by Angela! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole experience was painless, quick and easy.

Edited on Dec 05----I wrote the below just to be generous and kind because I know how hard it is to make a sale these days.Bruce and DJ were great. They worked very hard to put me in the vehicle I liked. The issue seems to be with the vehicle appraisal and marketing department that could see some improvements in their attention to detail. The vehicle had 10k more than advertised, had a couple of other issues they took care of. I won't describe it all here but this is why I gave 3 stars.

Was in last week to get an oil change, wonderful service, but the high light for me was well I was waiting for my car I was offered lunch! Had a ham and cheese sandwich as well as great coffee and water! Many other options to choose fromMust say in the future will be booking my oil changes around lunch time

Bait and switched the price of tire change over and alignment. Charged me for a 4 wheel alignment for a vehicle that has nothing to align in the rear suspension. Did not put trim pieces back on aftet NOT completing a warranty recall. The lady at the payment counter was the only person who was interested in figuing out what the hell happened. I bought my truck here and i will never come back again for parts or service . MY TRIM PIECES WERE NEVER PUT BACK ON MY VEHICLES AND ARE STILL MISSING! This was the worst experience ive ever received from a dealership. For the price i expected alot more quality in the experience

Get yourself extra extra time and patience if you want to get their service to your vehicle!Actually I never have anything done with my car, but I have to give them ONE star because of their appointment arrangement.I searched on Google and saw they have good review and also close to me. I used their automated system to book, and later received the confirmation. I thought everything should be good. Unfortunately, three days before the appointment, they sent me an email that I have to be one hour earlier. So, what's the point of the scheduling system? I couldn't as I have another engagement, but I tried to fit in without further delay to my oil change because winter is just around the corner. I replied them and see if they can compromise on the midway. They never reply me but sent me a message after the appointment date and suggested me to book another time two weeks later. I see the weather wasn't that bad, and let's give McNaught another chance. I went there 15 minutes earlier this morning. Before I drop my key, the technician told me "you might expect some delay, there are 8 or 9 cars in front of you!" Excuse me, what's the point of having the appointment. I asked him if I can have it in 2 hours, he said....ah..ah!!!I don't mind if I can be notified when my car can be picked up ahead of time, I may try to get someone to come with me and dropped my car off. However, your logistics is just like a mess.In short, think twice or ask before you go! BTW, I spent 20 minutes and gave everything done in somewhere nearby.
