“This afternoon I called Life Assure with whom I have my alert in case of emergency. I spoke to Jack and explained I was cancelling as I couldn't wear the alarm around my neck due to arthritis. Tried a couple of other ways to wear it but it didn't work. She advised me I could keep it in my pocket and pin the cord to inside my pocket just in case it was to fall out. I never thought of this.Thank you, Jack, for your assistance in this matter. I am continuing with my life alert.Jack was very patient listening to my concerns and very helpful.
