Not a pleasant experience. One of the problems was rude staff at checkout. Another problem is after buying a helium balloon it deflated drastically and it’s not the cold, it was never inflated properly and poorly tied.

Staff ignored you throughout the store at one point I was in walked in front of a staff member with, red and brown hair with glasses I said one word and they immediately turned around and left.

Black Friday morning 2024, I went to buy a sewing machine from this branch and get the benefit of promotion. I faced with a bad tempered cashier. She not only misguided me about the promotion but also her saying “Jesus” meant some sort of disrespect to customer who needed her assistance.
I left the place and went to another branch of Michaels. I was surprised when I got the promotion discount and warm response of the employees in that branch. I recommend everyone to try other branches.

Staff who are too bloody lazy to answer the phone and assist customer with curbside pick up. Being disabled, I rely on such services. Store was not bustling with customers yesterday late afternoon, so no excuses. If the Polo Park location can promptly answer their phones on a busy Saturday afternoon, what's the excuse at this location on a quiet Tuesday?

I had 2 pictures framed here. The staff did not rush me while I was choosing frames and mattes. Even though I don't live nearby and don't get there often, they recognize me and greet me when I arrive there
