For over a decade, we were loyal patrons of this store, but today it proved itself an utterly deplorable disaster. The entrance assaults you with garish, life-size Halloween props—complete with a yapping dog and a shrieking baby that never shut up, creating a maddening cacophony that could drive anyone insane. Worse, their inventory is a stagnant joke, unchanged for two years, yet the prices have skyrocketed to obscene levels. The shelves are overflowing with shoddy, overpriced Chinese junk, making this place nothing but a shameless, rip-off version of a Dollarama, preying on customers with zero respect or value.

I shop here regularly, and most of the staff are nice. There was one staff member who offered me assistance a few weeks ago I had an issue with, though. With Joann's closing in the US, Michael's acquired their BIG TWIST line of yarn. I asked an employee last month when the new yarns would be hitting the floor and she looked at me like I was dumb and told me that these ARE the new yarns. I specifically asked about Big Twist and she said that she couldn't disclose that information. Fast forward around a week, I'm at a different Michael's store and an employee actually makes conversation with ME about all of the different yarn coming! Why did the girl at Regent need to gatekeep?

Best place on earth. Best workers, Best vibe. I hate shopping and these wonderful humans made me want to live in this store. Cassie is a wonderful employee, hard working, helpful and I loved how she presents herself, and Rayah? I believe it was who helped me handle a return was also incredible, so helpful and just a wonderful human. Michael’s is really lucky to have these lovely people. They also have the coolest stuff you can get, if you need to decorate your house, or are working on an art project this is the place to go! Their Halloween section is actually incredible. If you go to this wonderful store you’ll be greeted by wonderful people and find exactly what you’re looking for! Thank you, Michael’s! I’ll see you soon!

I am a regular shopper at Michaels - they have aa big selection of crafting supplies.
However today when I arrived and asked where are the carts I was told we don’t have any. How do you expect people to shop and make multiple purchases without a cart?? How about shopping with a young child?? I was very disappointed- is this a temporary or permanent situation??? (Upon leaving when I took this photo there was a lone cart??? )).

I would give 0 if possible. I wore a red donate blood shirt and FOUR customers asked me for help, and by the time I got to the checkout they're damn self checkouts! I DON'T WORK FOR YOU. GET MORE STAFF

I'd rather the employees actually cash me out instead of hovering over my shoulder while I use self checkout. What is the point of this system? Bring back ACTUAL tills. Give the employees something to do.

Great store but called to see if they were open Good Friday, voicemail only said closed Easter Sunday. Hours said open until 9pm. Went at 730pm and they were closed.
