We went to the store this morning and we found a turtle plush but we wanted 2 more of those so Fatima called 3 different stores and looked for the same product elsewere, luckily we found one at polo park. Her customer service is amazing.

I love going here in this adorable little store especially now that they sell more of the Sanrio stuff. Keep stocking great finds!
