I go to this gas station as it is close to my home and to get points. The last 5-6 times that ive gone (and used different pumps at different times of the day) to this Mobil and pay at the pump and request a receipt it has not had paper in the machine this defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. Do the gas bar clerks not go out and check to make sure there is paper in the machines. I can't be that unlucky to every time I get gas and get a pump that just happened to out of paper. When some people works may cover gas for them and have to bring in the receipts to get reimbursed I and others shouldn't have to go inside every time to ask for a receipt.

A gas station is a gas station.I’ll just never understand how some Mobil stations offer good PC point accumulation and some offer very minimal. I’ve had minimal returns at this one and it’s even on the parking lot of a RCSS.haven’t dealt with staff just used self serve.Everything is tidy and in order. I’m just mad at the points being inconsistent.

Need to increase tap amount a lot higher. $100? Thats barely 75% of a tank. Increase to $200 now with inflation. Tap is useful during winter.

I was given the wrong items, and i hit tap w/o payiling attention. I realized the error, asked for it to be refunded, and got the right items. He cancelled the refund and said he cancelled original transaction (employee was confused, he wasn't trying to rip me off).Today i called the manager, sent him the receipts. He went to the storr to check, and called me to let me know he verified the mistake, how did i want my money back? He promptly sent an e-transfer.Having been in management a long time, i appreciate that type of msnager. Very polite.

When I was getting gas, gas was spraying out of my car and made the puddle on the ground. The pump sensor didn't work properly. I told the gas station employee what happened. He told me in rude manner I should be the one watching the pump because it can happen anytime. Also I called the manager how rude his staff was and what happened to the pump. The manager apologized about the staff's attitude, but he said the same thing I should be the one responsible for watching the pump.I do not agree.When they are selling the gas, they should be the one responsible for their machine. I always go to the superstore gas station because I trust superstore, but superstore said they have nothing to do with the gas station. I'm so disappointed no one likes to take responsibility.

My partner went to 80 bison drive mobil gas station at 7:30pm on 31.1.22. Rauf the mobil gas station employee was very rude and disrespectful.This all happened during that blizzard when we were traveling from winnipeg to Brandon.My partner forgot to look at the pump number and he planned to call me so I can give it to him for him to tell Rauf. However, he was so aggressive to my partner and very disrespectful. Therefore, as no surprise he left the Snacks and the gas. This has made us reconsider the long standing relationship with mobil as well SuperStore and PC.The fact that my husband witness Rauf being rude to another customer makes me question how many customers decided to take their business elsewhere due to his poor customer service skills.

I was at 80 bison drive mobil gas station at 7:30pm on 31.1.22. Rauf the mobil gas station employee is very rude and disrespectful. He was so verbally aggressive and shouted at me for several minutes. This all happened during that blizzard and i needed to travel from winnipeg to Brandon. I was buying coca cola and a Rockstar drink. Then i went to Rauf with my items and told him I wanted $45 regular gas as well. I told him my vehicle is the white SUV at the last pump, as I forgot to look at the pump number, which I usually do. But after driving for hours to winnipeg, doing an exam and rushing to leave the city in a blizzard, I made a human mistake and forgot to look. He shouted at me and aggressively said they have no cameras to check, and told me to get out, I must go look myself. I told him he was very rude and this is awful customer service, I was willing to go back outside and check or call my wife who was in the car to look. But I left the items and didnt buy gas. I work hard for my money and won't spend it at places that dont deserve it especially when i have so many options. I doubt I will ever buy from that mobil and ruins the image of mobil, superstore and president choice. I always use mobil and superstore as I collect points. My horrible experience and my sharing of it is how you lose customers. He needs much more customer service training and a warning, if he can't or dislike dealing with customers, he should work a position in the back away from customers.
