The rating above does not reflect the 4 vehicles that we purchased and serviced through Murray Chevrolet. We are or were loyal Customers.My daughter brought in her Buick Verona(2015) in Aug/22 for service on the left side detection module. At that time they did not have the right side and it was ordered.Murray Chev did phone and tell her the part was in - unfortunately by that time she was pregnant with twins(difficult time)And did not get the car in and so I ended up bringing it in and reordering the module. When my daughter was in the first time she was assured there would be no deductible and no cost to her.When I brought it in yesterday I had said to Peter ( our service consultant) that there should be no deductible. Upon checking with the GM extended warranty manager he was told there will be a deductible and it was passed on to me.Now my daughter is furious and said she no longer trusts Murray Chev. She was told one thing and then I was charged the deductible.Peter had said it had something to do with corrosion and the two modules are not talking to each other-another module like the one put in - in August had to be ordered.The main takeaway from this is that because my daughter no longer trusts Murray Chev, she will tell her brother who purchased a car there and of course any of her friends who ask.I am saddened because I really trusted Murray Chev olds but even my husband feels this is a little “sketchy” or unclear. I know it is only $200.00 but it indeed planted the notion in all our minds that perhaps buying from another dealer may be in order for our next purchase. For sure my daughter won’t be buying a car from Murray Chev and she is a 28 year old professional.I just thought the dealership should know.Kathy(Kathleen) BellAs per Afton Bell

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with both Jake and Josh. They both went above and beyond to make our dream of owning a vehicle a reality. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They both worked hard to make this happen for us and I sincerely appreciate all their hard work. They have created a family of dedicated customers. We would never go anywhere else again!!

No pressure, very personable. John and Trina are listeners first, guides second, and sales people third. They listen, help guide you through the experience, and then seal the deal. I'm a big fan of my new vehicle which wouldn't have happened if I didn't have people who represented me first. 5 star experience

Our car was having frequent problems for years and we decided we needed to sell it off. We had a phenomenal experience with David. He arranged for a quick inspection and appraisal of the car, and offered us a very fair price - no gimmicks or games. We left with a cheque in almost an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. This is a great dealership.

I rarely go to dealership for service but did this time around and I can say that this was certainly a positive experience. From the Service Advisor Amanda to the mechanic and the shuttle driver, I received top notch service. Amanda explained in details what they would do, the price of labour and the time it would likely take and when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was exactly as what I was told. Would recommend Murray and will certainly return again.

It's an interesting time we live in right now if you'd like to buy a new vehicle ... you can buy it and then it becomes surreal to have to wait months ... and months, only to wait again. I understand it's not the dealership's wish to make customers wait, that's just the way it is. However I had great luck with Teddy Edwards at Murray Chevrolet ... the dealership was fortunate to receive a 2024 Chevrolet Trax LT from a sister dealership in Brandon and Teddy said if I didn't mind a different color from the one bought in October, I could have it right away ... this was December 4. Are you kidding, of course I was extremely interested! So by 4 pm on December 5 a brand new Trax LT was comfortably parked in the parking garage of my condo ... yay! Many, many thanks to Teddy for being the kind and conscientious professional that he is!S. Vincent

I recently had some work done on the vehicle and I have to admit I had a really great experience here. Incredibly friendly staff and even though everyone I dealt with was great I have to say cashier Taylor (I believe) who helped me square up my bill stood out as going above and beyond. I didn’t realize I walked in right at closing time and she was fantastic.A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Having the work done right the first time and quickly. The place was really clean and I would recommend Murray Chev to anyone looking for a service shop they can trust.Probably the best service I’ve ever had when getting work done on one of my vehicle.

These guys are great. Inexpensive, thorough, experienced, and honest!I had the pleasure of buying a new car from Murray Chevrolet Dealership last week. Not only was the deal fantastic, everyone at the dealership made the experience easy and fun. No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, and most importantly they didn't play games.Dennis Holmes gave us a closer look on the cars he suggested that was best for us, also willing to work within your budget and have all the recommended work done. They will prioritize your concerns in order to save you some money.Great place, highly recommended!
