5 Stars – Honest, Skilled, and Fair
My wife Nikki and I brought our 2017 Subaru WRX to Brian at Ness Auto for servicing and a safety inspection. After taking a thorough look, Brian discovered some serious issues caused by a previous owner or technician—including a poorly installed block heater that had compromised the turbo system. Incredibly, there was even a set of pliers left inside the engine bay!
At first, it looked like we were facing a full turbo replacement and over $3,500 in repairs. But instead of upselling or pressuring us, Brian went above and beyond to find a much more affordable solution—one that didn’t sacrifice performance or safety.
It’s rare to find a mechanic who puts the customer first, especially when they could easily take advantage of someone’s lack of mechanical knowledge. Brian did the opposite. He gave us a fair, honest assessment and saved us thousands in the process.
A huge thank you to Brian and the entire team at Ness Auto. If you’re looking for trustworthy, professional service, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Give them a call—you won’t regret it.

There have been a few times that we expected the worst and they knew it when we brought our vehicles in only to be pleasantly surprised, thanks to their honesty. They also let you know the possible best and worst case scenarios so you don't get blindsided. Brian and the guys are great to deal with, do great work and have fair prices. We won't go anywhere else and always recommend them to others.

I have used them 6 times now. 3 different vehicles.Very satisfied. Didn't gouge like the dealers. Explained what needed to be done.
Just fixed what was broken. Will definitely return.

It's rare you find an auto shop that is honest. Where most other shops will exaggerate the repair, or in some cases I've seen, make up a problem when none was present, Brian's motto is honesty. Not feeling ripped off after a car service is a great feeling. Thanks guys.

I've brought both my vehicles here after moving to the area for maintenance and for an issue that came up because of the cold. Brian was great and very helpful. The prices were also very reasonable and he checked with me before performing any work. Highly recommend you come here for any of your vehicle needs.

I have been going to Ness auto for over 18 years and the service has always been fantastic! When my old van was getting ready to die Brian advised me to replace it instead od spending money to get it fixed as there were multiple things that would likely go wrong with it.

Was extremely rude about my older vehicle I brought in for a safety. Basically called it a piece of trash/junk. Did not communicate well at all as I was there for an appointment at 8:30 in the morning and they only started at 11. Weak communication with customers and poor time management would not recommend this shop.
