Third Time in less than a month for my 2014 Honda Civid and, each time, I leave feeling heard and respected. They are professionals and don’t oversell a service you don’t require. It was a GEM of a discovery for me this winter season. Merci and thank you to all the staff, but specifically the front staff.

Every time I go to OK Tire, I have fantastic service. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way. One macanic stayed late just to get me back on the road. Awesome.

The lack of courtesy, professionalism and general human decency that I experienced at OK Tire on Regent is beyond my understanding.I booked an appointment on Friday to get my winter tires put on for the following Tuesday. The guy took my information over the phone and told me to come in for a morning appointment. Skip to Tuesday. I got to OK Tire around 8am, just after they opened. I was told that they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me and that I would have to leave my car there for the whole day and they'd get to it when they could.I got a call around 3pm from them telling me that they snapped my lug nuts for my back tires in half while trying to take them out and that they were stuck in the studs. The guy I talked to said that they would have to drill out the broken lug nut and that it would be $150 per hour, per tire. To fix their mistake?! The lug nuts on my tires were new. They were just put on my summer tires last season. There was no rust. They were in good condition.I went to get my car around 4:15pm. I sat around and waited to get my car back until 5:15pm(15 minutes after close), only for them to tell me that they weren't going to have it fixed that night and they were giving me a "courtesy" car.Today(Wednesday), I tried to get into the "courtesy" car after work to go pick up my car from OK Tire. First the key fob wouldn't unlock the door, so I used the key to get in. Then the engine wouldn't turn on. I was on the other side of the city. I called OK Tire and they had me call a tow truck. What a joke.I eventually got to OK Tire before they closed. There was a bigger guy with dark hair at the counter that I talked to first. He told me my total was $550. On what should have been a $50 tire change. I told him that I was comfortable paying for their mistake but that obviously I was going to pay for what I went in there for, getting my winter tires on. He went and got a younger guy with long blonde hair. I was explaining to him that it doesn't make sense for me to pay for something that THEY broke. All he wanted to do was argue. Then the OWNER stepped in. Middle aged guy with glasses. He told me that I was being unreasonable and that he has to pay his guys for the labor. He said that since it's my car, fixes are my responsibility. Which is obviously true, except in this case, since THEY BROKE my lug nuts. They refused to take any responsibility. He said he would cut my total in half and charge me $320. Wow, so generous!! After being insulted and arguing for 25 minutes, I had enough.3 men against 1 women. PATHETIC. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm disgusted by how anyone there can justify this, start to finish, horrible experience. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Super knowledgeable and helpful service, and always a fair price. The guys don’t try and sell you things you don’t need, and I love that the techs move your seat back to where it was originally! Very highly recommend coming here!

I went to them for maintenance service. They advertise it that everything and all operating systems will be checked. When I went home and checked, the blinker that was not working was still not working. They switched my rims for the season. A kid at my child’s school asked me if I realized that my tires were screeching loudly. When I went back for them to check I was told it is not their fault and it was my brakes. The old @&$ that I as at the front desk started an argument with me when I informed them of this poor workmanship. I got it fixed elsewhere. Also when I was looking for tires, the owner was raving about the toyo all weather tire and convinced me to put those on. When I went back and told him that the tires had poor traction in the winter - he then said oh yeah I would not put those in my daughters car for winter. Yet he convinced me to put it on my vehicle. Then he sold me new snow tires. The old @$& at the front also told me that there is some rattling at the front of my vehicle that would cost me $950 to fix. When I took it to another shop for maintenance of my car, it was a loose flap that cost me $99 to fix. I had spent so much money at a this place and now realized how much they have been scamming me. I would avoid this place at all cost. Cannot believe what a Amos they are.

Beyond Expectations! Our family started trying out OK TIRE by just doing some little maintenance for changing tires and oil change but we now make it our one stop shop for all our vehicle needs. Just bought some RTX rims for my Lincoln TownCar and I’m soooo happy ?? Thank you for the great service OK TIREAs of March 2023 when I went to do a oil change they charged me a whopping $120 for a full synthetic. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. There was a time where at this location on Nairn, OK TIRE has a person with disabilities come to do some light cleaning. I was in the waiting area when I heard the man with the disabilities say something to Tom at the front desk and Brennan asked Tom”What did he say?” And Tom said “I don’t know” and it seemed clear to me it was in a bit of a condescending tone. I had an Aunt who had Down syndrome and to see that kind of behaviour really grinds my gears.I found out that a full synthetic oil change for a TownCar is standard. I guess I was jumping the gun there.

I stopped in during one of the busiest days of the summer so far the day before a long weekend and the gentleman was incredibly friendly and courteous. He managed to fix my tire in about 15 minutes I was very grateful for him to take the time and fit us in! I would definitely suggest coming to this location because the customer service is top-notch!
