Ishrat Komboj of Old Navy Outlet, made a series of errors resulting in the damage of property. She refused to take responsibility and blamed me as the customer. I tried raising these concerns with management, but they didn't respond to my emails. She has the potential to be a decent manager if she learns to stop lying.

There are several managers at Old Navy, however Ishrat K was very unprofessional. I had a grey item I was interested in. Ishrat carelessly damaged the item. She knew she damaged it because her hands started quivering and she started apologizing. However, when she was questioned by colleagues about the damage, she blamed me for the damage she knew she caused.

I had a great experience today at the store for MD, he’s really nice and friendly towards the customer. He really helped me a lot to find the product that I want athough the store was very busy Thanks to him!

I had a fantastic experience at Old Navy thanks to Agum. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right sizes and styles, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that she truly cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you, Agum!

Not a lot of good deals, lots of items with no tags. Store was very busy and the line for the fitting rooms was super long. Went over to Urban kids and had a much better experience finding good deals on clothes for my daughter there.

We were greeted and helped by Anmol Brar. He was an amazing salesperson. Very knowledgeable. Had a nice smile. Extremely calm and friendly, he convinced us against our doubts about certain things. We walked in wanting only a few clothes but we happily bought more than that thanks to his excellent sales skills and friendliness.

Terrible experience. Worst ever manager I seen at major clothing store like this. Zero customer service. Actually i ordered jeans online and they came in wrong size, went to this store for exchange and store manager refused to price match with the online price i purchased as i had also redeemed points online.
Old Navy please stop hiring Manager who cannot provide exceptional service or solve customer complaints just for some cheap labour.
