Got permission from the Polo Park location to get store credit for children's pjs. Manager at this location isn't educated and did not try to work with me. Name tag that only says Old Navy Manager. She needs to be trained on customer satisfaction or be a cashier. 0/5 stars if i could

Was at the mall next door near closing time so checked online to see that the Old Navy next door was open for another hour. Walked over and was told shortly after arriving that the store was closing. Let staff know about the hours online so they could get it fixed and wasted the sign on the door had the correct time. Figured I would help them out trying not to piss off customers who may drive in only to find out they were closed, but they didn't really seem to care.

Store staff didn't seem to care, but at least someone at corporate did. Hours changed to reflect actual .

Terrible customer service. Asked a worker if they had any kid hats and her response was idk, I asked her if she did indeed work at old navy she replied yes she did and walked into the back room. Very rude, would recommend maybe going to the st james store, as that's the one I usually go to.

Just had a rather unpleasant experience here. I went to pick up an online order but before I did, I walked around the store to browse. A worker (who I assumed was the manager) followed me around the entire time. She never once said a word to me or asked if I needed help with anything. Eventually as I got closer to the front, she walked over to the workers behind the cash registers and started talking quietly to them. When I got up to the front, I presented my order number on my phone, the cashier verified it, and walked over to get my order where this manager was conveniently standing. She must’ve said something to him because he immediately walked back over and abruptly asked for my ID, which I had no problem showing, but it’s the way it was done. As I was leaving the store with my order, I heard her ask him if he carded me and then she proceeded with a loud “good”. I never write reviews like this and am a long-time Old Navy customer, but I felt awful about my experience here and will probably not come back to this location.
