Service was exceptional. My customer service person (the same person for drop-off & pick-up) smiled, conversed in a friendly and sociable manner, was courteous and welcoming. She was an awesome person. Make sure you keep her.

Extremely expensive to clean down jacket. The price was 47.00. Outrageous
