Another store with staff who are so clueless they have no idea what any of their own product is or what it's called and when I have to explain it like they are 2 years old I still get questions like is 18 inches 6 feet?!?! Go back to school and learn how to measure or even count!!!

As a big fan of animals, it makes me sad to see them in captivity, especially when they seem anxious. That’s why I’m writing this review, hoping someone will take notice.
I understand that running a pet store is a business, but the comfort of the animals should be a priority. Birds should not be kept in small cages or on the floor, as this causes them stress. I appreciate that in your store, people cannot touch the birds, which is better than many other pet stores. I also want to thank you for not clipping the birds’ feathers, as their ability to fly is so important for their happiness.
However, I noticed that many bird cages are too small and crowded. Birds need more space to move around, and their cages should be kept off the ground. When birds are on the floor, they can feel scared and stressed.
Please treat the animals with respect. Keep them in spacious areas, and don’t allow visitors to touch them or let kids play with them. I also saw dirty water and food in cages, always mixed with bird droppings. Please replace their water regularly and provide clean food.
Reptiles, amphibians, and fish also need more space. Just because they can’t express it like other animals doesn’t mean they don’t feel stressed.
Keeping betta fish (fighter fish) in small containers for a long time is cruel; they deserve larger, clean homes. It’s so so so sad to see them suffering in small containers.
I hope someone will consider these concerns and improve the care for the animals in your store. Thank you.

I bring my little dog Rico for grooming to see Alana at Petsmart on Regent. Rico has been with Alana twice for grooming and both times he looks super cute. She does a great job!
The store itself has everything you need. It’s clean and organized.

I have been taking my dogs (very large goldendoodles) for grooming here for over a year and I cannot overstate how pleased I am with their services. Very friendly staff who seem to have great affection for animals. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with groomers in Winnipeg and I was hesitant to try yet another place, but the lovely people working at Kenaston PetSmart Grooming have been absolutely fabulous. My dogs always look great, are thoroughly cleaned, and happy to boot. It’s the only grooming location they’ve ever been excited to go into! Can’t thank the team enough for the consistently excellent services they provide.

I wish I could give 0 stars here but it won't let me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE FOR GROOMING!
I booked a regular bath, nails and brush out for my 8 month old German shepherd. When checking in, I was Upsold to the furminator package to reduce shedding and pamper my pup. Sounding like a nice package for him and trusting that they know what theyre doing as theyre supposed to be professionally licensed groomers, I agreed. They yold me it helps with shedding. They should know better than to ever take the undercoat off of a GSD! Had they bothered to explain I would have Refused! I thought it was special shampoo.
I picked him up and he looked had so much less fur! Now having trouble regulating his body temp suseptible to sunburn etc .Now I didnt know what the furminator solution, shampoo and brush out entailed but I do now. SO SNEAKY FOR $$$ His ENTIRE undercoat was removed and he was sooooo itchy and biting himself that I had to take him to our vet. $376 later, my poor suffering GSD puppy is on 4 antibiotics a day and 4 Prednizone a day. 8 PILLS A DAY AT 8 MONTHS OLD ??He is so itchy, he had chewed bleeding sores under his tail and on his body! I was advised by the vet not to return to that grooming salon. What did you do to my dog??!! You need better training and some knowledge before touching defenseless animals, SHAME on you for making him suffer like that!! Karma for hurting a defenseless puppy!
I went in today with my sister to buy some toys etc for him as he is having such a hard time now and on all of this medication for the next 2 weeks. I spoke to the store manager and all the help she offered was to make a note on the file to not give Charlie the furminator again. I couldn't believe it! I am completely stunned by the lack of empathy for myself, my family and my poor dog? Charlie's grooming at this location with vet bill, groom and medications came to a WHOPPING $461 dollars ? for what was a bath and brush booked only originally.
Save yourself the trouble and your beloved animal the suffering like poor Charlie and steer clear from here!!!
