The staff was very accommodating, and I was free to roam the entire warehouse without being followed around. Lots of amazing pics. I found 2 perfect pics for my wall ..... but I'll be back !! 😊

I had a positive experience here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. With their large selection of wood and metal frames, I was able to find customize one to fit my art piece. The time to have it prepared and shipped to my Ontario residence was relatively short. I'm pleased with the end result. :)

Very disappointed in the service. I purchased a large canvas painting for 499.00, when we got home there was a small dent in the frame. We returned the painting within the time and were told that they no longer deal with this company and they do not have stock. They did offer to reduce the cost, which we said no to, would I pay for a damaged frame. They would remove the frame and reduce the cost, but once that was done the painting was awful and the sides were all drip lines and they only reduced the cost by 40. dollars. When I asked why only 40 dollars they responded it is a cheap frame! I found that once I returned the painting some staff were very dismissive and rude. Will not return.
