I’m really disappointed with this set. I paid $80 expecting nails like the inspiration photo I showed (sleek, slim, soft pink almond shape). What I got instead were way too big, thick, and bulky. The shape isn’t refined at all and they look heavy on my hands rather than elegant.
The nails are overly thick from the sides and the tip, which makes them look awkward and not flattering. The color is also off compared to what I asked for — it’s not the soft, clean pink I wanted. Overall, they don’t look professional or worth the price.
For $80, I expected attention to detail, proper shaping, and a result that actually matched the reference. Unfortunately, this set looks nothing like what I requested, and I won’t be coming back.

I went in as a walking for acrylic nails. The nails I got were $80 for almond medium length with pink PAINTED nail polish (not acrylic coloured powder) I originally wanted almond nails with a basic French tip but they wanted $95. The nails I got are see through and big/thick they don’t fit my nails proper.
Too expensive for their quality and service.
The ladies don’t greet nor talk to you at all. But they all will speak to each other in their own language the entire time. Should engage with their customers
Also, the complimentary Diet Coke I got was flat.

Took my daughter for a mani pedi before her Christmas concert, quick service, cute place, nice staff. Came back the a day later to get a fresh set 😊✨️

I went to pro nails to get a French shellac pedicure and manicure and spent $100 and the whole thumb came off 5 hours later. Now I am going on vacation looking ridiculous.The whole polish layer came off. Will never go back.

Terrible!!!! The lady cutting my fingernails cut them so short that she almost cut the skin underneath! I had to tell her to stop! Then there was a piece of nail she missed and she was trying to tear it off …I told her to cut it off instead. The nails on the left hand were so short and so she made sure to leave my nails longer on my right hand which looked funny. I told her that this looked ridiculous. She tried to make them the same length as the left hand but I was so nervous that she would cut the skin underneath my fingernails…the lady giving me a pedicure was good though but I will NEVER go back there!!!
