What an amazing place, I once stopped to have my oil and basic maintenance done and have become their regular for all my needs. One time Jason there had my wheels done when they were crazy overbooked but he said I promised I would finish and he did. Quality professionals, honest, nice and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for that unique local place where people are not just clients but friends.

From the moment you walk in, until you pick up your vehicle, everyone at PW Auto are professionals who do a fantastic job. They not only do a great job with your car, but it is still one of those few places left where you come in, get a coffee, have a chat, and the staff do more than just the bare minimum including often giving you the heads up on an issue. Not only do they do this to help BUT they do it without any upselling, or adding on services, it's truly just about letting the customer know and keeping them informed about their vehicle.

Jason and his team offer exemplary customer service. This business has very high standards when it comes to looking after their customers. While waiting for a new battery to be installed in my vehicle, I had the pleasure of observing Jason and his staff in action. They addressed each person coming into the business by name and made sure that each person was looked after. It was very evident that each of these individuals have been coming to PW Auto for many years. When it came to my vehicle, Jason and his team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in good working order. Jason took the time to explain some important features on my vehicle that I should be aware of. This was greatly appreciated.

“Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail”
I recently brought in my daughter’s vehicle for significant repairs, including replacing the power steering rack and pinion, straightening three bent rims, installing new tires, and addressing an ABS issue. The team was incredibly professional and transparent throughout the process. They kept me informed about each step and completed the work efficiently, despite the complexity. The service here has been great for both maintenance and sometimes repairs even if they are older vehicles or difficult. I have had my vehicles looked after there for over 25 years. Customers are cared for at this shop.
