If you care about this country, province, or any community values at all, Qualico development (such as Sage Creek) will DESTROY culture. Ugly 'simplistic' modern architecture, modeled for hyper-consumerism. Soulless development.

Poor workmanship. Warranty personnel never responded. Don’t buy house from builders under Qualico to save yourself from headaches.
