RBC is always crowded, but professional staff handling that huge queue fast and professionally. They know how to deal with non-standard requests. I was surprised in a good way. The service received was above and beyond the expectations.

Always backed up! I care for a person an adult with severe mental dissabilities. We have to go through a teller every Friday, it is always 30-60 min. Wait! Never have enough staff! My person has anxiety issues as well. Trying to keep him calm every week while we wait is a big challenge!!

Had an appointment with Rahul Dixit and he was NOT a pleasure to deal with. He was RUDE and did not seem like he knew what he was doing. I don't do any banking with RBC other than our company's RRSP and I am never going back to this location. No wonder this location only has a 2.5 star. What a shame. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 1 star is too generous in my honest opinion for the service they provide and staff there.

Poor customer service. One of their financial advisor don’t bother to answer important emails. They only care when you invest your money with them. They don’t seem to care.

Why do I call to speak to a robot?? Is this why you’re shutting down all your branches. Tried to call to get help on trying to exchange money. All I get is generic message and hung up on. Thanks for the service

Hi , i went there for some problem with automatic payments and i met LIZ over there. She helped me with my stuff and really nice lady. Have a wonderful experience at the bank.

Must have caught them at a bad time. Super long line. Lots of people visually not pleasing at all. Not one picture hanging anywhere. Time to spruce up the place
