I went to the deli at this location and bought the advertised Ziggy’s sandwich meat 200g for $5.00. When I looked at the package at home, the male server had charged me full price for 200g! I contacted the store the next day and was told I would have to bring the package in. I explained that I live 45 minutes away and and I rarely come to this store. The service person said there was no other way, did not take my name down and said it didn’t matter. I phoned the store manager a few days later and explained the issue. She said I could return the package to my store location. I did but I wasted 15min in phone calls and 10min in line at my store. I believe I should have bee compensated for the mistake which was not my fault and for wasting my time!

Superstore is my number one choice for produce and canned foods. Their drugstore is also my go-to. Reliable quality and great selection!

A lot of items without price tag, especially the expensive ones. It's very annoying as there are no price check machines.
If there is no price tag , please check the price before buying as usually those items are expensive.
I don't buy that item which doesn't have a price.
Other than this, it's a great store for shopping, a lot of variety of all items. Generally, the prices are also good.
A lot of variety of food and vegetables.

I have the best experience in this than All superstores i have been. everyone here is amazingly helpful. At checkout Farnaz is wonderful. She is always smiling and respectful to everyone.
