Glasses originally arrived damaged. They had to reorder. Very difficult to get them to honor warranty. Recommend place with better customer service

Worst stocked superstore in Winnipeg. Make a shopping list of 20 items, and plan on them having 10 of those stocked. Not a supply issue. It's a store issue, theyll have 1 tiny row for a product that sells out extremely fast yet tones of room for overstocked products. I hate this superstore so much, I really miss the st vital location.

I enjoy this store for groceries. They have a large selection and all the items are relatively easy to find.The staff are fast and efficient and they ensure you get your PC Points if you collect them.The only thing I don't like is the dollar to use a shopping cart. I suppose this is to avoid having the carts being stolen, but I seldom carry change anymore.

Ok place to buy groceries! Lots of other shoppers most seemed please to be there! Sales were there but you had to be aware some prices were higher than other stores!

Twice in a period of 6 weeks I stood in line for 10 and 20 min, 2 seperate cashiers out of the blue said the checkout was closed… I argued and said I was waiting and you said nothing ( checkout lights were on and no sign was visible indicating I would not be served ) both cashiers were belligerent and ignorant. I yelled at both of them , luckily the floor manager was there and told 1 of them they could not speak to me that way, but when the manager left the 1 started verbally attacking me but luckily the manager had not left she had just stood to the side and witnessed the verbal abuse. I will NEVER!!!!! Go back to this location EVER!!! And I will convince friends and others to avoid this location all together.

My husband and I shop here all the time. The underground parking is helpful, especially in winter. And I love how the aisles are arranged. Our shopping experience is always easy, and enjoyable.My husband also appreciates all the (truly) nut free options available. (Not as many may contains -- more that he can actually eat).We also love collecting PC points and all the different free items Superstore offers throughout the year.Thanks Superstore!

We shop here every other day. I would give 0 stars for their customer service today. Accused us of stealing before checking if we paid for all items or not. And never even said sorry. Well done thanks again.

Worst customer service experience?! As I was going out through the door I was stopped by one of the employee and he directly accused me of stealing $5000 worth of groceries we did not even by $100 worth of groceries. We had two separate transactions which the employee did not know he was judging us from last transaction we did. He was rude and never even asked to check the items and comparing them with the receipt. When we showed him both the transaction he did not even apologize. And when we asked for manager and told him what happened. Manager was only saying to talk to the guy about this and never apologized even once. I think they don’t care about the customer service at all. Great job guys keep it up.

Good selection. Underground parking as well which is nice in winter. Gas bar at this location as well.
