Very worst customer service. I have ordered 3 devices with red wireless its more than 20 days i have not received devices. Firstly they told us that devices are not in stock. Then another advisor told us that its in stock but unable to activate. Just going from this to that and waste out time. I have used rogers and bell as well never seen this much worst service. Whenever i aak for my devices that said we will give it to you in 2 3 business days but its more than 20 days. I will highly recommend if someone can investigate and provide a report whata going on with my order that would be great otherwise if you donot care than please shutdown your services and donot waste someone's time. Your services doesn't deserve our precious time.

Avoid these scam artists. They will promise you an Internet deal that Rogers won't honor. They will send you a fake deal. They will ask Rogers to charge you for a new modem installation, which you don't need, even when you already have the same identical modem. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very cheap service, I ordered google pixel 8 pro with plan and its been 2 months didn’t get any phone and sim card. I have been to cancel the order no body is responding to emails as well as the phone. They keep on charging my credit card for months bills.Extremely horrible service, not recommended to anyone.

I have bought a plan recently with IPhone 15 pro max and the deal they have offered me is completely different when I have received my first invoice from the Rogers. 160$ over added as different kinds of fee which was never explained to me while buying the plan.I am calling them on support line and all the time the line keep you on waiting for atleast 1-2 hours. Worst services I have ever seen for customer care. Everyday I am calling them on support line and I am just waiting. Once a girl picked up and hanged up after a minute I spoke to her.I would not recommend anyone to buy the plan with them. Better to go directly with Rogers so that they can resolve issue if you have any.

Horrible service. Tried signing up twice in as many months. The first time the sales rep signed me up he promised me 120$ buyout for any device on Roger’s network. Straight up lie. His extension is 903. Md javed im looking you.Fast forward 2 weeks get my phone and the buyout is 580$. Call in to get it fixed. Told that customer supper will fix it. Waisted a few days still no answer. Sales rep keeps ghosting me as well. Finally call in to cancel and told I’ll get an email for the cancellation. No such email arrived.Called in again to cancel and then the rep said it will take a day. Finally the next day this rep called me and issued a waybill. I sent the phone off. It’s now more than a month and the order is still open and I’m being charged for services associated with this account.Thinking the sales rep messed up and Boxing Day deals showing up. I decided to sign up with a second account. Thinking I can do better. But no. I get the bill and there’s no mention of the bill credits and the system has completely different features on it. I call in and wait more than an hour on the phone (this has been the case with all the previous calls by the way an hour each time) and no one can tell me if I have the proper features on my plan. I just want Red wireless to give me what they promised at the time of sign up. Not some random plan that’s available at the time of processing. FIX YOUR SERVICE RED WIRELESS. stop giving customers the run around and making them wait for weeks to see the true cost if their plan. Sketchy practises. I’ll be reporting to the CRTC as well. Stay away from these guys.Sorry for the long review.
