I hope the previous owners could come back but it's not possible,

I recently learned that the beloved Korean couple who ran this corner store have sold the business. The new owner has significantly increased prices, which is disappointing for our neighborhood where many people are already struggling. What was 9.99 is now 15.99 and a 4L jug of milk costing over 7 dollars. The previous owners were incredibly kind and dedicated to serving the community, and their presence will truly be missed.
This neighborhood icon has been taken over by people who seems to prioritize profit over people. Like I said, with prices being jacked up, it maks it harder for lower-income residents in our area to shop close to home. This neighborhood deserves better, and it’s heartbreaking to lose such wonderful individuals who genuinely served this area with a full heart, warmth and fairness.

This convenience store is honestly one of the best! It’s always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything you might need at the last minute—snacks, drinks, daily essentials, and even a few surprises. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here quick and pleasant. Prices are fair, and checkout is fast, so it’s perfect for when you’re in a rush. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I need something convenient!

Stopped by for some quick items, found what I needed. Much more organized, shelves are stocked up, place was clean and worker was very polite, helpful in looking for the items I needed. Will stop by again

The previous owners always had fresh items for sale at VERY comparable prices. The quality and consistency of the products were always, over the course of decades, very fair. The previous owners always had the store clean and organized as well.
Now, there is trash EVERYWHERE, the outside looks unkempt, and there’s nothing on the shelves, not even the basics?
The new owners have comments on recent reviews stating that the previous owners jacked up the price but I was literally there right before they retired (like their very last day) and it was absolutely fine. Many other people in the community were there as well to observe their last day…..
Do not shop here.

I used to run over here for everything. The previous owners had everything you could think of. Needed a last-minute recipe item? They had it. Went to the store this morning to buy coffee creamer & milk. Fridge completely empty. Person working said they expired this morning and everything had to be thrown out. I could already see that much had changed with new ownership- 😔

Really miss the old owners they always had everything I needed in stock and at reasonable prices. Now there's not as much in store, took out all the good stuff no one ever answers the phone. Gotta find a new local store now I guess... It's sad

Use to be my local corner store LOVED the previous owners ( sold the business not long ago ) new owners/workers jacking up price, zero communication nor manners. Going to miss the old Redi-Mart. Say goodbye to a neighborhood gem.

Under new owners, June 2025: open for 3 weeks now, almost empty fridges and freezers, hardly any milk, no cheese, no fruit, no veges, hardly any soda or juice. Very sad
