I was introduced to these guys through a friends company. They did fantastic work for us making business cards and decals for a truck and trailer. The opportunity arose to use them in my professional life and they have not disappointed. Alex is quick, professional and always friendly when I stop in for pickup. The work has always been of top notch quality and has always been delivered on time. Often times on short notice with no complaint! Really can not say enough good things about this business and their willingness to work with you to meet your needs. Will be a client for years to come!!!

Alex is my guy, and his professionalism & kind spirit is only surpassed by his physical dimensions (he's a big guy)! The quality of the mural he created for my business is honestly the greatest thing I've ever seen. The measurements, the installation, everything was pristine! Fast & Helpfull Every Single Time! last year i had no choice but to start handling the ordering of forms at the office i work at... which is very much not my strong suit... Sharon @ Rinella has been very helpfull and has helped me out of several sticky situations. I highly Recommend !

I tried this place for some post-card brochures, and gave them a low-res mockup as a guide. We were very clear that the mockup is just something we put together quickly in MS Paint to give a rough idea of what we were looking for them to do, not a master. We also provided them with all the required hi-res logos, pictures, etc. so they could produce a quality piece of work.Instead of creating anything close to what we asked for, they simply regurgitated our low-res mockup file, only it was more pixelated than before, and then inserted a weird white to grey to red gradient for a background. It wasn't just bad, it was fugly. We didn't want a weird background - we had requested it just to be white. To add to the insult, the text was all out of alignment. They couldn't centre-justify text if their lives depended on it.Is it me, or do so-called graphic designers in this city not "get it"?We decided after they sent us the "proof" that we would not be going forward with them. It would take less time and money to just do it ourselves.
