My airline left my suitcase in my departure city and I needed clothes to wear for work that day. I wish I knew the girls name who helped me, she was so fantastic, so efficient, listened to my needs and pulled out perfect options so quickly. Seriously a life saver! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I honestly don't really write about clothing stores, I mostly do restaurants but I experienced worse customer service from Swati. ( I think that is the name).
My husband wanted to try some cloths and we had about 10 items in our hands. we were waiting just outside the fitting room so that someone can let us in to try. Swati was standing around men's section and completely ignored us and kept doing what she was doing. which is all right, we understand may be she was off in sometime. gentleman at cashier station had to tell her to let us in. when she came to us, me and my husband both said hello, hii to which she did not reply ... i was like okk... and then i was waiting outside of try rooms to see if my husband needed anything or wanted to show me cloths. Swati came around and no excuse me no sorry just shoulder bump ( hit shoulder, i don't know how to explain in writing) me and went her way..
no eye contact, noting. I got a vibe she didn't wanted to be there because this was poor customer service.
I go to this store all the time and staff is pretty good. it was just this one time.
please note- this is not a new incident, I'm posting late.

I bought a $75 dollar shirt and they wanted $ 0.25 for the bag. I walked out with the shirt in my hand, no bag. Completely crazy this company! I will never go in there again!

It’s a good place to get a suit and some business casual clothes. The employees are nice and helpful.
That being said they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Had a lovely experience with Shandal yesterday at the store. Came in to purchase a new outfit for a wedding, had a few selections to try on but throughout the whole process Shandal kept bringing me different things to try on until we found the right one! Put an absolute banger of an outfit together for me and came off as genuinely enjoying doing what he does!Absolutely what I want when I come to a store to purchase an outfit, someone who knows, what fit looks good on individual body types, and what will come together well in the end!Very enjoyable experience.

The quality of the clothing is great! However, their customer service is slow, terrible and unprofessional especially at the cashier - the guy wasn't focus on our purchase and kept trying to join other customer's conversation in the next line while another cashier was trying to help them. We were frustrated when he said "sorry for the wait" and still take his sweet time to slowly folding the clothes. His folding skill is really bad too.
