I hope this is the correct Safeway location to give a super-big shout-out to Lionel in the Floral Department. I wanted a spectacular, artsy, dramatic bouquet for a birthday celebration. Standard cello-wraps were just not doing it for me. And it was a Sunday, florists were closed. Lionel built a very substantial arrangement. Shoppers gathered to watch it take shape; talk about performance anxiety! Thank you, Lionel for a wonderful bouquet, it was a show-stopper!
