Beyond messed up and unethical. Used 50$ of points on some nail polish, I didn’t even use it, completely unopened. I brought it into the store to make an exchange and they wouldn’t let me, saying once the points are used they are gone, can’t be returned or exchanged. No one told me that at all. I even asked the worker specifically if I would be able to return since I am new to doing nails and had no clue what I was getting myself into or if I could even use the products, I made that extremely clear to the workers and she said I could 100% return or exchange. I was quite literally lied to by the worker and they still wouldn’t make it right. Never shopping here again. Wasted 50$ and they couldn’t care less.

I used to go to Sally's all the time before COVID , but now the prices are so high and the products are never on the shelf. The staff even seem discouraged from working there also. Not very satisfied any longer .

Staff were so rude. I was told (when I did not ask for her opinion/help) that I was looking in the multicultural section and that cowashing was for multicultural people only. I thanked her and bought the cowash I came in for anyway. At the till she said "still going with a multicultural product?" and as I walked out the door she said if I end up looking like a "slick cow" I would know why. Two days later, I returned the product after using it (with great results!) and explained I had an "unpleasant experience" and wanted my money back. The girl (different than the one earlier) just said "oh okay" and left it at that. I will NOT be shopping here again.

Products are fine but if you’re gonna go in, do research beforehand, do not ask for help. Most employees including manager barely know what they’re doing. I’ve been dying my hair for 10 years, don’t know why I listened but the manager recommended a brand of dye I hadn’t tried before. It looked cheap so I even asked 2-3 times “are you sure this is good?” And she said yes. It barely stuck, has bad reviews online and my hair is now the ugliest colour it’s ever been in 10 years of dying it. Had to buy more products to fix it.I have also come in before with already bleached/pretty damaged hair and was recommended 30-40 vol developer which would have literally fried my hair off. Someone’s gonna go bald one day from shopping here.

Went to the store which i used to love to shop at this location had a delightful manager ! my experience today not so good sadly , girls at the counter were too busy talking amongst them self to help customers I needed pricing nobody cared to help much . I seem to be an interference when I asked prices that weren’t posted. They told me if I need prices they need to scan them because the prices were not up for me to see. It seems a little inefficient when the staff don’t care to help the customer if so then please put prices up so I don’t have to bother you . I just felt like I was in the way today I won’t be coming back too soon! I’ll go to Cosmo Prof across the street for the rest of my things I just left the store .I was about to buy a few other things and supplies for both myself and my salon but I think I’ll give Cosmo Prof my extra business today the girls there are definitely delightful and it makes a huge difference in my experience. It’s quite sad though I really did like Sally’s but the staff are not quite what I would be hiring to represent my company they could learn to be a little more pleasant and helpful to the customers especially when there’s so many on staff

Don’t listen to anything the staff says, i’ve been there so many times and never had the same associate and every single one of them have been rude. I’ve had them tell me terrible advice multiple times but the last time was the worst. I was buying bleach and one of the associates practically made me buy extra strength bleach because my hair is dark so I did. Keep in mind I didn’t even ask for help and she kept shovelling products at me when I had some of it at home and didn’t need it, she was like “oh i’ll take all this to the front for you” before i could say anything. That’s not even the worst part, half my hair fell out because of the extra strength bleach even though i have thick course dark hair naturally.

The staff needs to be more educated on products especially hair dye and products i had to phone a salon when I was in there because what the girl was telling me made no sense at all.

The woman who helped me and my friend was a gem! I didn't get to catch her name but she is definitely a strong asset to this location. She knew what she was talking about and helped me and my friend get the bleach, developer, toner, colour that we wanted so we could dye our hair. She was so lovely and I learned so much from her! Thank you so much for the great help. Definitely will come back to that location for her for any questions I have. This is the best Sally's experience I've ever had. Thank you!

Learned today that they don't allow in store shopping at this location. (Regent) definitely a different experience, but I knew what I wanted to it made it easier and quicker for the staff to grab the items for me. Next time I know to go to the other locations for in person shopping.

Online information not reliable. A bunch of us drove to the store today & couldn't go in because it's only open for curbside pick up which is not clearly stated when you look them up.

Ive come here for a long time and spent thousands of dollars per year.The fact that youve changed your store to curbside only, when there are no regulations saying your type of business has to close. EXTREME inconvenience that your google hours say open but i was denied being able to return my items when I arrived at your store.I will never spend a dime here again. Not to mention your prices are out of hand, walmart has the same items for alot less than you sell for.

Tried calling multiple times I always just get a dial tone drove all the way in from out of town just to find out that they are curbside only when the site says in store shopping is available
