I went to this branch for the first time. Today was the first time that I can remember where, when I went to the teller, they right away offered to help me at the lowered, more accessible counter! Wheelchair and mobility accessibility is excellent here, at least within the public spaces. Very friendly and efficient service!

Me and my mum were helped by Mr Ketul. He is such a down to earth man. Definitely an asset to the organization. He answered all the questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly. Walked out with a positive experience!
