Me and my mum were helped by Mr Ketul. He is such a down to earth man. Definitely an asset to the organization. He answered all the questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly. Walked out with a positive experience!

If i can give 0 stars i would have done that. First of all they charge you $15 if you get your account balance summary and if ask says we don’t make the rules we are giving you documentation that you are having account with us. I mean seriously to get a piece of paper with how much i have in my account they are charging me. I came here on friday and the lady who i was working i told her i need account summery that shows account balance for BOTH MY CHEQUING AND SAVINGS and she only put one over there and when i came back i noticed then i need to go back again on monday to get the correct one and instead of apologising for their mistake and all the time i need to go back again they charged me $15 for getting a stupid piece of paper. I literally don’t recommend this location and scotia bank services at all . You guys are charging for no reason at all and teach your employee specially the indian guy with the long hair how to do customer service and learn some basic manners. I myself is indian and i am working for a cust service job and we never treat our cust like that so train them well i would say

I recently opened a new chequing account and applied for a credit card at this branch. I dealt with Guntaj Jassal, who was very helpful in all his dealings and through professional. I had a great experience and wish him success!!!

Worst experience I had at a financial institution ever! Avoid this branch like the plague…We were booked in with Heather Carriere for 10am. She greeted us fine and was on time but the appointment went downhill from there. Heather was not listening to our needs and asked us over and over again how she could help us. I didn't thinkI was muttering. We wanted to open 2 saving accounts and close the one we opened online because it didn't meet our needs.Heather could not get it...kept starting the conversation over again. Then she started offering chequing accounts and switching ouraccounts from our regular bank?? Are you kidding me! After the experience we had I would never do that!I have been a customer for over 30 years and have been very happy in dealing with customer servicephone line and online banking to meet my needs...I will never go into a branch again! With employees like this, no wonder branches areclosing. Also your branch is so outdated and smells old when you walk in - I would ask for a makeover.I was so upset I left my husband to deal with her and she was still oblivious on what just happened? I worked in customer service jobs for over40 years and she does not cut it! If I'm not the first complaint of hers or even if I am she needs help in that department or she may never get it?

I had a very satisfied experience with this branch. I want to appreciate the help of Guntaj Jassal who is an Senior financial advisor in the bank. He is very nice to me helped me to apply new credit card and he provide me all necessary information about my new card. He was professional and helpful. Thank you for your kind and friendly service ?

Worst customer service. Tellers was smiling while i was addressing the issue… what kind of service is this. She need to change her attitude or better to leave the customer service job. With this specific lady (don’t knw the name) you can’t have change from you own account cause it’s was not business account.

Very pleasant experience. Starting from teller named Jr. He was sweet, professional and helpful. And then Heather, the senior financial advisor who spent time setting up a few savings and investments accounts for me. She was professional and went into details with the information I was looking for. Left the bank with a positive experience :))

Teller lied to me, the guy straight up lied and told me a wire transfer cost 40-50 dollars. When I get home and look it up it $20. He just didnt want to do the work, this was at friday the 24th between 330 and 4. also said i didnt have the right info started listing off the info i need and it was all literally right in front of him, he said I need the bank address and institution number, both literally in his hand, he didnt even read the email to see them. When i pointed that out he told me I need a swift code which I just assumed was hard to get but honeslty i am doubtful since he lied to me multiple times before then.Edit*i had to add this too, after he failed to help me transfer the money i needed to in order to pay my loan off he then tried to get me to sit down with one of their fiancial planners or something to move my loan to scotiabank. I dont see how that helps me. i guess he thought dont pay your loan take out a new loan and they can take my money?

I had a very pleasant experience with this branch. I really want to appreciate the help of Guntaj Jassal who is an Senior financial advisor. He helped me twice with my bank documents and is always very responsive. He is really a gem and very helpful person.

Absolutely terrible customer service, the lady with the blue hair was extremely rude and incompetent. I almost closed my account out of fear of security. She did not follow several security processes.

Very unpleasant experience. I ended up closing my Scotia bank account altogether. From sneaky fees (YES, sneaky !) to a horrendously painful time (well over 1 hour!!!) to verify my identity (after I successfully typed in my PIN), not to mention the haughty attitude of the staff. RIDICULOUS ! I do not need the aggravation so I am taking my business elsewhere.I was able to wrestle a partial refund of the fees from them after I threatened to go to court. I am not done with them until I get all the unlawful fees they charged me reversed.

I've had 3 absolutely horrible experiences with 3 different tellers on 3 seperate occasions at this branch. I've completely lost all trust in doing the most basic transactions here. Do not go to this location.
