Employess are rude as hell here... treat you like you second class citizen and at the til they weren't much better they were cashing me out while the staff was having there own conversation about what they doing after work ? Like I didn't matter

I usually don’t write reviews, but I tend to avoid going to Sephora for this reason. In the past 5 visits, the employees have consistently lacked manners in the way they speak and often come across as stuck-up, as if they have no experience in customer service.

I got rushed out of the store and got swarmed by employees trying to "help" but instead they made me check out right away with things I didn't even really want, came up to 200, and the products ended up not even being what I wanted. I wanted a dark lipstick and it's a light pink, I wanted a good foundation and it ended up being more orange irl. I want my money back but I can't bc I didn't find out how much I got ripped off until I used it.
Edit: i went back and exchanged the lipstick, just for it to once again not be the color I wanted. Idek what happened, we tested it, a nice lady helped me, and I came home to use it and it's a dark pink?? When I say I want a "dark brown" I mean a dark brown, not dark pink, purple, or red, I want brown. Literally never shopping there again

They had an item in stock with 1 left that didn't show up on the site and promised to hold it for me till next day. Go there next day and they said it was never put on hold and has been sold to someone else. Ridiculous

Employees don’t give a shit about you and don’t even look at you while serving you. They put a wrong product in the spot (picture) so I ended up returning my lip kit thinking it was $9…. When it was actually $25… DO YOUR JOBS PLEASE. I also never get helped in the store, considering I’m a rouge member that’s sad. I’m going to start going to Mac because Sephora is always packed with kids as well as teenagers and they have a horrible layout of the store so it’s always crowded. The kids ruin the samples BAD and there is only empty samples out… also expired. Once again, DO YOUR JOBS PLEASE. The employees are LACKING. Horrible experience every time I shop at any Sephora.

The very first visit to Sephora at Polo park location. Extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Customer service is very poor. Asked one of the staff to help us with finding the foundation shade and she looked pissed. The whole experience wasn’t good at all.

I totally loved my recent visit to sephora because of one single representative there named “Landon” He was super informative and helpful guy. Me and my sister went during the super busy sale season when the shop was full packed. Landon was so much patient throughout, he walked us through every single thing in detail based on our individual skin types. The recommendations and explanations were well thought out. I am so grateful that we bumped into him for questions. I highly recommend anyone visiting the store to ask him to help you guys out. Thanks Landon!!

I was there for over an hour. I asked AT LEAST 5 employees no help from anyone and one of them just walked away without saying anything. and the woman who I believe is the manager was extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Go to the linden ridge location MUCH better customer service and they will actually help you.

CORBIN AT SEPHORA POLO PARK IS THE BEST CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE!!!! Despite it being a very busy day due to the sephora sale, he was extremely helpful and helped me and my friend find all the products we needed and answered all our questions. Thanks Corbin!! Also he has the most amazing glowing skin and loved his makeup!!

Worst experience of visiting Sephora store at Polo park. I've asked the employees to guide me the foundation shade. No one replied.I waited long and then came back without buying anything because there was no one listening to. Worst customer service ever had at any store.
