Shout to Shapes trainer Rohan. I took his 30 minute HIIT class Saturday and it was amazing!!Very fun, upbeat, great workout, combining strength training, conditioning & overall wellness. Felt so amazing after. Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking his classes again!
