It is the 2 consecutive days which I experience the sensor and apps down. I need to input the password and the app doesn't work. Please fix the sensor and the app connection since I use it everyday. It is very inconvenient and time wasting.

I use the car wash service here for 1 year. But in this 3 months, the apps doesn’t work and I need to key in the password manually. It is very annoying when it is raining. Please fit the sensor asap.

I was there around 4pm on first feb.No doubt,customer service was on its peak.Girl over there served me really well.In short i had best customer service ever from this shell.
