This place runs out of regular and mid grade but still won't adjust the price of premium as is common practice they do this because they know you need gas and will most likely just pay do not recommend this locationSo after calling and asking for the manager to discuss pricing practices, the woman on the phone was being quite rude and wouldn't give me any information including her name or an email address for the store manager. then told me to call the 1800 number and promptly hung up. After calling back and being hung up on again, a man finally answered the phone claiming to be the manager but when I asked for his name he also wouldn't give it to me then later claimed he's not the manager either but still wouldn't put me in contact with any higher ups. I managed to get him to take my name and phone number but am still awaiting to see if he passed this information on to a supervisor but after so many attempts to evade responsibility I doubt I'll be contacted by anyone,Tldr; employees are rude and unhelpful then will simply lie to avoid taking responsibility for their actionsEdit: received a call back from someone claiming to be the owner yet they wouldn't give a name when I asked then said they couldn't hear me and disconnected the call and then simply would not answer when I called back. There's something seriously wrong at this store

There is 3 competitors on the same street as this shell gas station. Petro gas station, 204 fuels, and canco. This shell is always 20 cents more in regular and premium fuel than their competitors daily. I stopped going here and same with everyone in the area that I know in this area.It’s always empty when I drive by here everyday. You guys are gonna go out of business if you can’t keep up with your 3 competitors down the street. Me and most of the neighbourhood will start coming back here to fill up gas in regular and premium when you decide to keep up with your competitors down the street. Hope the owner sees this review and takes notes

Obfuscated pumps. Instructions do not work with the pump. Car windows were cleaner before washing them with squeegee there.

TLDR: Abysmal customer service. It took nearly an hour to get my money back after pump failure. I will make sure to never go to a Shell again.I prepaid and the pump didn't work, came back to the desk and after waiting for him to do stuff in the back room, he said it was good. I tried again, and again no gas. When I came up to the window again for my money back he never came back around after 10 minutes of buzzing. While waiting for him to show, two other customers came and left without being able to get gas. I had to come back later with a buddy and caught him while dealing with another customer to get my money back.

My engine struggled to start, and made weird sounds after filling up from here, which stopped since filling at other stations. Bad service, and the building has a sour smell in the air.

I put 20.00 of regular in yesterday morning and this morning I can't start my car!!!My car has always started first crank on Co-op regular. Never buy shell gas/water ever again!

I was a patron of this location for almost 20 years and ever since change of ownership the lack of customer service has gone downhill. The one lady that has worked there for a long time has been nothing but nice to me. The other employees need to take a class on customer service. Especially the overnight shift. The past overnight shift person was very nice. I don't not appreciate my change being thrown at me from the current night shift personal. There is one lady from the day shift still there who is nice

Feb13'22 @ 8:15a(-26 degrees c, windchill -39 degrees c , I was fuelling my van and it was really cold so I have to sit inside while watching the fuel pump meter then suddenly it stopped before reaching my desired fuel. I noticed that the staff atttendant was already yelling at me. I came out of the van, then she said "you can not be in your car while fuelling!!!" It was embarrasing because she was loud using a two way speaker /microphone . Very disrespectful attendant, poor Customer Relations . (I didn't leave my van and I was monitoring the meter... what was wrong with that? I didn't see any fuel station banner regarding guidelines for safety fuelling).
