Staff was very rude. I don't know why this kid had such a bad attitude with zero provoking, but based on the other reviews here, this place has zero interest in hiring or training people with any customer skills at all. Shell, stop employing racists, and don't bother with that throw away lip service you're giving other reviews. Be better. It's not that hard to reach the bare minimum.

Why do I have to freeze my butt off at a window outside to spend my money here? Why can you not let customers into the store? If you are worried about security, then frickin hire some! This is bad service for paying customers! Never getting gas here again.

Gas was being slow and the cashier told me to get my money and go wouldn’t fix it what a great way to start you’re day on an empty tank stood outside for 5 minutes this place is really a joke

Staff is very rude, they constantly keep the door locked, this use to be a nice location but staff has been going downhill for the last 2 years. Don't bother coming here if you can go to the one near Broadway go there.

If I could give it a zero I would, Rashmere (whatever, it's 7:33) so that girl. Let everyone else in the store but refuses my girlfriend to even enter. Would not recommend going to this over priced place that waters their fuel down

I am in the station several times a week and if I have one specific attendant it is like I am bothering him as he is not very friendly and it is a chore to serve me. Today I stopped in today and I picked up a rolo chocolate bar noticed it had an expiry date of 2020.

This used to be a solid 4/5 location, but if I could give this location zero stars, I would.Door is always locked in the middle of the day, attendant is nowhere to be found.There was a younger girl with raven black hair that used to work there maybe two or three years ago now - she ran a tight ship, I wish she still worked there but alas, people move on.This used to be a reliable location, but nowadays it seems the front door is locked more often than not. Maybe not a big deal if you just need gas and pay at the pump, but good luck getting anything else from this place or need to use cash.
