Very disappointed with the way Shindico handles tenant concerns. We were actively trying to sublet our unit, but potential tenants were being redirected to other suites. Samantha Macdonald, who was our main contact, created confusion and miscommunication throughout the process, making it extremely difficult and stressful. Would not recommend renting through them.

Over the past few years we have utilized Dino from Shindico to help us locate 3 lease locations. Each time he was even to get us beter deals on our leases than what was offered. Then he recently helped aquire a new building. Working with the Shindico group was extremely easy to do with their highly skilled team. They realy seam eager to help their clients and would strongly recommend them for use in their custumer service skills regarding these types of transactions.

We have lived at 800 Dovercourt Drive for 7 years. Prior to Shindico managing this property, Akman Management managed it. We have absolutely no complaint about our building manager and his wife, they do a fantastic job of keeping the buildings clean and they are an extremely nice couple.
What we do have an issue with is the lack of regular grounds maintenance here, e.g. cutting the grass. As I write this, the grass behind the building is a foot high. I have called Shindico twice in less than a week to get them to handle this, and no one has returned my calls.
When we moved in here back in 2017, this was never an issue, but the last 3 years, for some reason, the grounds keeping has been severely neglected.
Considering the amount of rent we pay here, Shindico and the owner of this building, who happens to be the owner of the Keg Southside restaurant next door, should take better care of the grounds here.

They will not accept tenants with disabilities to live in their property’s . And they take 2 weeks with applications just to deny with no communication. If you’re rich and elite this is for you. If you’re a normal hard working Canadian stay far away and spend ur hard earned money on more reasonably priced properties.

Joey, property manager of Nova Place, 680 St Anne's Rd, refuses to work with neighbours to keep the neighbourhood safe. Criminal activity in the corridor beside this property has put neighbours at risk. Their fence has been broken for months now and Joey refuses to consider replacing it with anything more substantial than that which can be rendered a non-barrier with a pair of tin snips.Shame on Shindico.
