Steer clear of Sleep Country as their customer service and after Sales Support are not good. They seem to only care about selling once, and people who buy from them once usually don't want to buy again because of the bad experience. Avoid Tempur-Pedic products.

Yesterday, I made the decision to purchase a Tempur-Pedic pillow after a positive in-store trial where it initially felt comfortable. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when I slept on it, experiencing significant lower back and neck pain—a development I hadn't anticipated.Given the discomfort I encountered, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Tempur-Pedic products to others. Seeking a resolution, I contacted the store where I made the purchase, only to be informed that the sale was considered final, with no options for returns or exchanges. This policy left me profoundly dissatisfied, and I found it particularly puzzling, especially when comparing it to the more flexible return policies often observed in clothing stores. I struggled to reconcile the notion that, according to the store, the product becomes non-returnable once it touches our skin. In my view, consumers have a rightful expectation to exchange or return a product that doesn't suit them or fails to meet their expectations.This overall experience has left me with a negative impression of Sleep Country, and I have decided to cease supporting the store in the future. It's disheartening when a purchase intended to enhance comfort results in significant discomfort, compounded by an inflexible return policy that seems incongruent with common consumer expectations.

They don't honour their warranty. The mattress (which is sitting on the box spring that was bought from them) sagged, they sent their employee to measure the sag (we had to pay for that), he said that it’s more than 2.5”. Then they sent him again, he put the mattress on the floor and measured it again, then they said the sag is less than 2” and they won’t replace it. So basically, we have to sleep on the floor!

My wife and I have purchased mattresses and accessories from Sleep Country both in Winnipeg and the U.S. (at least half a dozen). We have dealt in Winnipeg at the Unicity Store and have always enjoyed excellent service.Our latest experience however, was less than exemplary. The salespeople were OK but less accommodating than our prior experiences, but the big issue was delivery. They sent a third party (moving company) who had no idea how to set up the bed (lifestyle) or to properly attach the headboard. They eventually got it useable but left a few parts behind, not knowing where they went and being in a big rush to get to the next delivery having spent nearly 3 hours with us. We called for assistance and got a second appointment to complete the installation, specifically requesting Sleep Country personnel who knew what they were doing but the same moving company showed up. We were hesitant to let them in. They were better than the first pair but still not expert with the bed and took a while to figure it out. All in all unprofessional, not the "white glove" service we were promised, no "booties" to protect your floors and so on. Product is good but we'll shop around next time.

Great customer service, especially sales assistant Josee, so helpful in store with a wide range of products at very competitive prices and offers.Delivery was efficient, on time & as agreed rate when we bought the bed. Delivery staff were polite & well mannered.Many thanks, would highly recommend.

Actually, had an excellent experience.Josee spent considerable time over 2 visits as I made my choice.I received lots of information and no pressure.The delivery was excellent.People called when they said,showed up when they said, and removed the old mattress.Would certainly use again.
