Brett is amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond for us, especially when we needed to exchange our mattress for a different one. What excellent customer service! Also, I wanted to mention Dennis, Brett's manager, who provided next level, exceptional service regarding our box springs. People should definitely come to the St. James location for their mattresses. You will not be disappointed!

The shopping experience was alright, the product Bamboo Nights Duvet cover is a waste of money. The fabric is comfortable but quality is bad that they use large buttons to close the Duvet cover. Well after 4 washes there are only 4 out of twelve buttons left. Followed washing directions, high end European laundry appliances and lost 3 one wash & 5 the next. Better products on the market, so why waste your time & money.

I had issues with a mattress I bought and I just didn’t love it. I had a bit of an issue with customer service but went to the St James location. I am so glad I did! After going in and speaking with Levi A, who is among the best sales people I have ever dealt with, he was immensely helpful, patient and helped me in the process of returning and choosing my replacement mattress. He went above and beyond, made everything perfect and I am going to be happy with my purchase for years to come. Thank you Levi for being so professional and making everything much better! I highly suggest going to see him for great service!

Purchased a bed Aug 9, when it was delivered ten days later, it was stained. Got a replacement one delivered two weeks later and this one was dirty. After they stressed so clearly that you cannot return a bed if it has anything wrong with it, and they really push buying a cover, I get two beds that aren't acceptable. I called and complained, the girl offered us a $250 GC, when I only received $150 I called and am still waiting for someone to call me back, (that was ten days ago ). Was told my new bed (# 3 now) would be delivered to our nearby store so we could inspect it first, and guess what?? Wrong! After multiple phone calls, we had to drive across town to pick it up. I then contacted the company and asked for the Regional Manager to contact me back and I haven't heard a word. Going on three days now. I was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. Do not buy from this company. There are so many others to choose from. Buyer Beware!! Have to give one star to be able to send this , but zero stars from me.

We bought the Pro-Adapt Mattress Firm, which the company promises has unique technology that evenly distributes temperature throughout and helps to keep cool, and has superior support for a good night's sleep. This mattress costs between $4000 to $6000 with taxes. After using the mattress for six months, the bed broke in and became so soft, and no longer has the support nor distributes the heat, so the heat stays with you and is very uncomfortable. When we contacted the company which promises a 10yrs warranty, they said the mattress would have to have a visible indentation before they consider doing anything about it. If you are considering buying any of these specialty mattresses, we highly recommend you don't. Go somewhere where you can get value for your money, and if you're not satisfied, you can get another one that will not be excessively costly.

Worst customer service ever. My mother specifically asked the sales rep if the mattress could be returned for cash back and the sale rep stated yes. My mom made sure of this several times before completing the order. When we she received the receipt she again asked “can this be returned cash back” and they said yes. We went back after one night sleep as the mattress was to soft and they said they could exchange for something the same price or higher but would not do cash back as the box was opened. The sales rep was rude and disrespectful and the regional manager was demeaning as she called me “honey” a few times on the phone as she tried to explain that they would not do a refund. When I asked who takes responsibility for what the salesman said to my mother she responded with “they would never have said refund”. The regional manager was insinuating that my mother was lying. Do not buy there as they are out to make a sale and will clearly lie to do so. I also asked, if they don’t sell used items what do they do if you are exchanging the item for something different? What happens to the item I exchanged? They didn’t answer. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

Stephanie (sp?) was very nice. She helped us buy a bed and frame but refused to give us free pillows (because she wanted to keep her job...big deal, I don't care if she keeps her job. Yes I do, and that is why asked and she said no and that was that). But now, Ms Sleep Country Owner has to give Stephanie such a big bonus or free franchise, Stephanie will mail me free pillows causing me to buy a bigger home.I can't afford a bigger home...free trial pillows please....deeelitious!

Went to the St. James location after much thought about going to a big box store for a new mattress but im glad we went. Went in and had a salesman name Brett come up to us immediately and asked us what we were looking for. Told him we were looking for a Bloom mattress and he told us where they were and showed us all the Bloom options there were. Brett told us about the clearance mattresses that they had, that were above our budget, but after we said we weren't interested he never brought it up again. Brett was patient, not pushy, informative, professional and very friendly. We had a good time buying and everything took about 30 mins from entering and exiting the store. Thank you Brett!

Will do, within reason, all they can do to help you. You tell them what you would like in a bed and they will show you some samples and you can lay on them. At the time of this writing they even have free delivery.

I was sleeping on a very firm Ikea mattress and was sore due to my sleeping position and would toss and turn all night. Joey helped me find the right mattress that helped with the fact that I’m a hot sleeper and also was plush enough for my comfort level. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since. Thanks Joey!

Nobody knows what they're doing here. Bought a mattress that ended up coming with some kind of dried blood stain. In-store customer service directed me to their helpdesk that for some reason kept dropping connection.Every agent I got gave me different policies. My favorite was the one who said "no refunds" and refused to escalate me to any kind of manager. They recommended I hang up and call again to get the same answer :)Overall a terrible experience. I did get refunded eventually but they still stuck me with a 50 dollar restocking fee because they couldn't re-use their own defective product. I should have just went to Costco...
