Staff are always friendly and try to be helpful. However, traffic in and out can be slow, and some other customers can be pushy and unfriendly. Parking was unlimited Great variety of stores, easy in and out. If only traffic in and out waz so easy, the line up to leave onto Sterling was slow would be smart to have a back exit along tracks out 90 and wilkes
