A CANADIAN COMPANY RIPPING OFF CANADIANS! This is one Canadian owned store that isn't worth the support. Never make the mistake of paying cash to pay for the balance when you buy items from this store using a gift card. If you do, pay with exact change. Otherwise, they will give your change in the form of a stupid gift card to trick you to come back to the store and purchase another item. If you attempt to return the item, they will give the original cash amount you gave in gift card as well! Staff at their Polo Park store never inform customers of this stupid policy before accepting the giftcard transaction and staff at the store including the manager would just wash their hands off responsibility and would nonchalantly refer you to a useless customer service contact number. Their customer service is not any better from the store level up to their customer care center. When I see this damn store close one day, good riddance!

Store was extremely busy. Only saw four sales associates working, might have been five. All were dedicated to helping the customer. I was able to get what I wanted fairly quickly, even with the amount of people in the store. Cashier/associate that helped me was super nice, friendly, courteous. Did not seem stressed or annoyed with the whole Chaos of the store.

Too expensive for the quality. I'm not paying $130 for zip ups that'll fail in less than a year. Staff barely acknowledged me.

I purchased a pair of shoes on line but was advised I could return them to the store. A lovely young woman named Lynn was very helpful. She was going to do the return but I asked if there might be the same shoes in my size at a different location. She found a pair at the outlet store and tried to call to put them on hold for me. The outlet mall staff didn’t answer her call. I tried calling from my cell phone and they answered immediately. A pair was put on hold for me. It is curious that a sister store wouldn’t answer a call from their colleagues but would answer a call from an unknown number.

Never been here before. At first I walked right past. I was looking for a pair of good leather boots. Turns out they sell men’s boots. I don’t care for the open view concept of the store. The two employees standing between the register and the front door do not give that “Come on in, we welcome you to our store” feeling. It is very intimidating. Immediately, I feel watched after entering. There are many employees in this store. Several were helping customers. The others were waiting for their turn assist a fresh arrival to enter the facility. (Like me for example). I was greeted within a minute or two after entering by a kind salesperson. I knew what I wanted. I asked if the had the size I was looking for………and they did. Completed my purchase at the register.What I didn’t like was.I was not asked if I would like a protection product for my brand new leather boots after spending $250. In front of the register there were several products, and prices were not visible. I was not going to pick up each one to look for it either.

Went in before Christmas and could not recognize who the workers on the floor were ? Please have them wear uniforms or name tags or something. One woman hogged the help of the one worker I seen and I was left to stand there for about 15 minutes waiting for him to finish helping her

Came in looking for a pair of boots and Marlon helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly; excellent customer service on his part!! He was very fast and efficient while looking for my size and at the cash register. If anyone is looking for a new pair of shoes/boots, go see Marlon!

On Saturday October 15th I went into the Polo Park location to try on two specific shoes. I knew what ones I wanted to try on, Blundstones and Timberlands. I knew what design I wanted and everything. After casually waiting for 15 minutes to be helped I approached an employee and was immediately brushed off. I admit the store was busy but this was unacceptable and rude. Either put more staff on the floor or only allow a certain number of people in the store. I ended up buying Blundstones at another store for the same price, the other store was also busy but took the time to greet me and then added me to the list so they could help me as soon as they had an available employee.

Customer service and inventory control is non existent. Went in to buy boots. I knew what I wanted. My size was on display. No one came to ask me if I needed help (it wasn't busy). They asked my wife if she needed help to which she responded "my husband is over there looking for boots" the response she got was "OK well let me know if you need anything" and the person working went back and stood at the counter. I suppose my wife could have taken the employee by their hand and walked them to me.When I brought the boot to the counter they took a while to find me the wrong matching boot. They then took 15 minutes to come back and say they don't have the matching boot and it must have been sold as an incorrect pair though the two boots are quite different in fitting and appearance.

Worst customer service ever!!! I know the store was closing soon, but I wanted to grab a pair of Blundstones quick, I knew exactly which style but wanted to try couple sizes quick just to make sure they fit well (reason I didn’t order them online). She refused to grab two different sizes and said well we are closing so once I get that one size that will be it. I am going away on a trip and needed the shoes but guess not! She could’ve spent couple extra minute for a quick sale before kicking me out of the store, never going back to this store again!

I bought a pair of shoes online, they were to big, went to exchange them in store but because they were "dusty" they said I had worn them and refused to exchange them. The shoes still had all the tags in place and box intact. Staff was completely unreasonable. My husband went to the washroom wiped the "dust" off with kleenex and went back to the store which they then agreed to exchange them for the appropriate size. Seriously worst customer service, I always shop at Soft Moc but I will never shop there again for our family!
