I purchased plants in late August after building some large flower beds last year(2023). I did not receive any help while I was in the store and there were a lot of plants that were rough shape due to the end of the season, that said 85% of the perennials came up beautifully. unfortunately they would not give me a credit for perennials that did not come up in the spring. I purchased $450 worth of plants and assumed they would stand behind their product...I was mistaken. I will no longer purchase anything from St. Mary's Garden Centre as the cahier gave me the impression that if the plants did not come back that I could get new plants to make up for the dead ones, this was not the case.

I purchased 24 pieces of Sod, I assumed this was a normal Sod, didn’t realize that this was a “Mineral Sod@ from which is totally different then “Peat Sod”, I was not advised upon purchase. After 3 weeks of water, the sod was not producing the proper growth that was expected! I enquired twice with the landscape gentleman was advised to be patient as growth will appear! I was not offered compensation only advise! A request as well pictured was issued within the 2 week warranty period but to no avail! I would not have purchased if I was advised of the difference upon purchase and at least a partial credit would have been appreciated!

1 out of 3 stems of a palm tree died within 18 days, they have no warrantee and plants are final sale. :( had errors when trying to upload a photo of it.

This place is incredible. It was an adventure walking through this place. I found lulu marigolds that I have been looking for years. Plus a baby chick garden ornament.

There's just no way this place isn't 5 STARS. It's absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in the door, it's an oasis for garden and plant lovers. Huge huge stock in March!!! This is the one you want to go a little further up road for. Just an amazing facility. I will say, although I engaged with a few employees that were lovely, I will say over all the employees may want to at least try and engage or smile as a customer walks by. The one lady was lovely but the rest seemed to be oblivious to my excitement to be in their amazing business spending money. Won't stop me from giving it 5 stars because it's worth every one.

First time coming here, staff was very rude. Told my mom and I that they close at 4pm very rudely not even a hello just we close at 4pm. Keep in mind it was 3:30 pm!!! They close in 30 minutes I completely respect that and wasn't planning on staying long. Just the fact that we were weren't greeted, and talked rudely to made this experience awful. Don't bother coming here when the staff literally doesn't give a heck about customers. Also if you have allergies to cats I don't recommend going as they have cats in the store.

I have been going to this nursery for years. Plenty of staff who are there to ask questions, helpful as well.I haven't regretted a purchase made yet.From gardening needs to Christmas ornaments.
