I took my computer in for servicing due to extremely slow response time to boot up and files constantly crashing. Turns out the hard drive was failing. Very happy with the service from Steintech staff. Computer is running like a charm now. I will use their services again.

Used services about 8 to 10 years ago I belive was satisfied with work. Had to use again in dec. Was very pleased . kept in touch with me in progress. Work took a while but pleased with results.

The owner Brad is the best. He's very patient with all his clients. Always able to come whenever we have an issue. He always goes above and beyond. Can explain all issues so that anyone can understand the issue.

I got scammed on HyperX Fury RAM when it was cheaper on a legitimate website. I paid $60 dollars for it, but on it was around $40 dollars with free shipping. I also bought a laptop a few years back and on their sign refurbished laptops starting from $90. The laptop was $125. It was an HP laptop running Windows7 Professional. A laptop like that would be way cheaper somewhere else. They said it was their cheapest price. Don't go here. They will most likely scam you. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you will take it into consideration if you plan to go here and buy something.

went to buy a mouse...the guy sold me an out of the box mouse with no packaging and no reciept for 20 dollars. i was in a bind and in a big hurry and had no choice but to buy a unboxed mouse with no reciept or warrenty for 20 bucks. it worked but it was still a very shady deal and the guy was pretty arrogant about it. a younger guy, heavy set. kinda looked like a farm hand. shady business.
