I had an alrite experience at this location. The heated storage lockers were good size and were always clean, staff was nice to deal with, took a while to return calls back via answering service, rates were on the higher. There was 1 time the door wouldn't open and let me out after the office closed (used another door to get out). Maybe faulty sensor to unlock that door? Snow cleaning around the building was hit/miss and made it difficult as there was only 1 lane to pass parked cars or if a moving truck was parked with snow piled all around and turning your car around was very difficult... suggestion would be to move snow to a back empty corner ?

Oh god they dont clean snow in their yard.. Specially front or back of parking spots they pile up snow so you can never get out.. Or showel snow from two three places to get out... Terrible service and their charges. They increse huge amount after every few months.... Just being there because couldn't find other fenced parking around.. ?

Their service sucks. Specially in winter. They never cleared snow, instead of clearing the way they make huge wall wall of snow front of your vehicles.. So you keep trying to get out on yourself.you will if you are lucky..and.They charge 100s of dollar every month just for block heater service.

Service sucks. Rates increase rapidly from 120.00 something to 170.00 something within 2 years. Definitely look around. I am big on customer service and if I am going to pay that amount I expect diamond service.

We had our camper broken into 2 times. The first time we notified the office they said others had been broken into as well. It happened again a second time and when we notified the office they didn't seem at all concerned. I thought perhaps "I'm sorry this happened again" but just an "Oh, do you know when this may have happened"? Since they are the ones with the camera, I would think they would know better than I. We are pulling our camper out as we can't afford another break in, and our insurance will just continue to go up with each claim.

These people are thieves. I paid until a agreed date and they came into my locker before the date and took all my things worth $1000 plus all my sentimental possessions. CROOKS. And now they replied to my review with complete and utter lies. Once again CROOKS.

They don't explain the terms of the rental truck properly. Got charged $50 in refuel charges for driving 19kms. Very shady. Stick to uhaul instead.

Shayna was very helpful and explains the ins and outs very clearly.Update after a year: There was a day when I had to cancel my unit, I called the office and a guy answered. I have just requested that I wanted to cancel my unit, he immediately said it has to be in written. The way he said it over the phone, he sounds arrogant or sounds like he doesn't want to be bothered. I understand there are these days that we are stressed out or something but it's not a good reason to be impolite to any other customers.

I had the pleasure of touring the Reenders facility. I have to say they were very nice folks, explained everything very clearly, and the facilities were clean. The layout is easy to access while being very secure. Liked the wide hallways in the storage facilities.Again, great people! Wonderful company.

We reached out to StorageVille to book a storage locker and they were completely booked up. That did not stop them from giving me valuable advice and recommendations on finding alternate locker units in the city and gave me the option to call back in a few days to check availability. I would definitely use their services in the future based off this interaction alone. They use a live answering service as well so you are not left on hold for a long time. Excellent first impressions!!

I tried to call locally to get a quote. The first time the call disconnected (nobody's fault), the second time I asked if they had drive-up lockers available, I got cold-transferred to an answering service who said they didn't have that information. I called back a third time and was redirected again. Apparently they want to avoid talking to people so badly that they'd rather not pick up new customers. I won't bother trying a fifth time to give them my business.
