They told me they could deliver my table in one(1) month. It took twelve(12) months and it was vastly different from the table in the store; lots of knots in the wood, chips, poor paint job, and generally poor quality.
Wasted a year waiting for this table and ended up getting a better table for cheaper and delivered in 2 weeks from Ashley Furniture.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING STRUCTUBE
Edit: in addition to this, the customer service I received during this time was subpar.

Appalled at the lack of care. Damaged items upon arrival with little communication about replacement or discount. Furniture falling apart at 1 year mark and refusal to replace. I'm surprised they are in business still but I doubt that will be the case for long.

JUST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! So the story goes like this: on September 16, 2024, I went to the store and bought a dresser. They told me it's on backorder, and I'll receive it on October 25th, 2024, which was a bit tight for me, but ok. On October 15th, 2024 I called the store to check on my order to see if it was shipped from Montreal. The store representative told me that it hadn't been shipped yet, and they anticipate the shipment from Montreal at the end of October or the beginning of November. At this time, I wasn't given a specific date for the shipping or the date when I received my order. So we decided to cancel our order and get a refund.
When my husband went to the store, the store manager, Tony, refused to give a refund, saying that it should only be the card I paid it with. Although me and my husband have the same account. My husband explained to him that we exchanged that card for a new one, same account. The manager was adamant saying that it's a store policy and that the only way I'll get my money back was with my old card.
Went today to the store myself and was on call with my credit card in front of the manager. The dispute was filed.
To add salt to the injury, the dresser was for our nursery; we are having our first baby in a few weeks. That's why the timing was important to us. So, instead of focusing on what's important, my husband and I spend time at the store reasoning with the manager.
I've never experienced anything like that. The treatment that the manager Tony gave us is absolutely terrible. Not only he never apologized but his whole demeanour was insolent. He said to me that he needs to enforce the rules and I need to follow them.
Apparently, the store rules are to not deliver the order on time, not to call customers and apologize if the order is late, refuse to give a refund and for the manager to insult the customers. When I told him I liked the furniture but the customer service was terrible he said it had nothing to do with the customer service ?
The manager is adamant that there's nothing I can do in this situation. He was giving me a face like I was annoying him. Not sure what is his gane here. I'll get my money back, just because that's the right thing to do. And I don't deserve to be treated this way, no one does!
The manager, Tony, doesn't care about the store's reputation or that he's losing a customer.
I'm not sure he knows what customer service means.
Not coming back.

Awful customer service. I purchased a piece of furniture that was damaged, I asked for an exchange and they wanted the return to be done first in person before ordering a new unit, which would again take time to arrive and I would have to go a third time. As I am an hour away, I asked if it was possible to do the return and pick up of new item in one trip, it was the least I thought they could do for my troubles. It was a firm no. They added I should be back with the damaged item before 7 days as they wouldn’t do a return after that period. There was absolutely zero effort to keep me as a customer or keep this sale. So I simply did a return and manager I spoke to smirked while I asked in person why they wouldn’t allow me to do that in one trip. He didn’t seem to care one bit about providing any kind of customer service or care. I have bought much of my furniture here and I will not be back. Awful treatment. And the manager’s attitude and behaviour was appalling.

Structube uses deceptive, dishonest and confusing pricing in their stores. Bought a dining room table and chairs. The chairs are sold in twos and the price is per unit, so any reasonable person would see that as the price for two chairs. The employee helping us originally rang us up for what I thought was 8 chairs, 4 sets of 2 not 2 sets of 2, she corrected it. Another employer double checked her work to make sure it was good. Thought I had purchased 4 chairs, only to get a call a half hour later saying I had only purchased 2 chairs. I went back to the store and the employee said the price is per unit, I.e one chair, not 2 as it’s marked on the tag. So you’re supposed to know that even though the chairs are sold in twos, as it says on the tag, the marked price is only for one. When I questioned the manager on why such a deceptive pricing policy, she curtly said that that’s how the business has been working for 20 years…so I must have been the only person ever confused by this. The manager was cold and unsympathetic as to the confusion. Their furniture better be of the highest quality when I get it.

Absolutely terrible quality furniture. I will admit that it looks beautiful in the showroom but the quality is embarrassing. My Ikea furniture is better quality. I purchased the Avery Media Unit which was not cheap and within a month the veneer has bubbled. I went to the store and they emailed warranty and said that it was my fault. How is a veneer lifting within a month excusable? I would avoid this store at all costs. It is also scratched so badly. That I will admit is my fault but it is only scratching because the quality is awful.

Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never buy anything from here. Bought brand new chairs, they started to bubble…only 4 months old. Called for warranty on them. Had to chase and chase to even receive a call back. We live outside the city, they wouldn’t honour the delivery we PAID for in the beginning. So fine we have to disassemble our current chairs, and bring them back for our new ones. HUGE hassle. We requested a phone call from the manager Tony, he never called us back. We had to chase him for a phone call. After the exchange we are left a voicemail starting our warranty is now void. Absolutely ridiculous. What’s to stop the chairs from doing this again? Requested a call back from the manager regarding this and we are still waiting to this day. Structube’s “warranty” is an absolute joke and so is their customer service. Stay clear of this business. It’s not worth it.

Horrible service and terrible quality. Waited 30 minutes outside their loading platform for 2 small chairs. Think they'd answer the door, nope. Quality is brutal, how are they still in business?

Recently made my first and last purchase from Structube. Their furniture is terrible to put together. Paid a whopping amount for a sideboard which did not have clear instructions on how to fix the back boards and we had to wing it. It hasn't been fixed properly, the doors don't align, it's a mess. Avoid this store!!!! Cheap chinese furniture sold at 10 times what it is worth.
