Recently made my first and last purchase from Structube. Their furniture is terrible to put together. Paid a whopping amount for a sideboard which did not have clear instructions on how to fix the back boards and we had to wing it. It hasn't been fixed properly, the doors don't align, it's a mess. Avoid this store!!!! Cheap chinese furniture sold at 10 times what it is worth.

Our recent experience with Structube has left us utterly appalled and compelled to share a review that reflects the shocking lack of professionalism and decency exhibited by this furniture company. A month ago, we purchased a bench, and the nightmare began when it finally arrived at the Manitoba store location last Friday.Upon my partner's attempt to pick up the bench, she was subjected to an appalling level of poor customer service. The associate at the store not only displayed impatience (because she came in with our toddler) but went so far as to insult my partner in a foreign language; she understood this insult as she has friends that speak this language. This act alone is not only unprofessional but deeply misogynistic and demeaning.To add insult to injury, the associate demanded proof of ID from my partner, as the purchase was made with my credit card, even though it was under her email account. This unnecessary and degrading misogynistic request showcases a complete lack of understanding and respect for customer privacy and basic human decency.After providing a photo of my ID (by text over the phone), my partner was directed to the loading dock around the back of the building. The associate failed to specify which door, and when my partner arrived, he made minimal effort to assist with the large box containing the bench (my partner had our toddler with her at the time). Worse still, as the box passed through the overhead door, the associate abruptly closed it on her and proceeded to point and laugh through the window. This heartless and unprofessional behavior left my partner emotionally traumatized, an experience that no customer should endure.A deeper look into reviews of Structube reveals a disturbing pattern of poor customer service, and the owner's responses, lacking empathy and corrective actions, only add to the frustration. It is evident that Structube fails to take customer feedback seriously, as reflected in their consistently low ratings on platforms such as Yelp, BBB, and Google Reviews.Structube's refusal to acknowledge and address with corrective actions these recurring issues is not only detrimental to their business but also highlights a fundamental disregard for customer satisfaction, respect, and common decency. If Structube hopes to survive in the competitive market, a top-down overhaul and a sincere commitment to self-improvement are imperative. Until then, I strongly advise potential customers to seek furniture elsewhere, where their patronage will be met with the respect and service they deserve.

Received absolute terrible customer service. I had over $3000 purchased on separated into different deliveries because everything is back ordered. One of the orders est arrival date had changed into the new year so we decided to cancel it. The order had a few different items that were around $900 in total. I was then told that they have to refund the $100 gift card that was used first before refunding the actual money which is pretty ridiculous since the order is over $900 and had several items over $100. The person I spoke to over the phone was Mariam who could not or would not help me and told me that there is nothing she can do because that’s just the way the system is. The issue is that we obviously no longer have that gift card since it was used up. I then requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and she refused and told me that she would have to put in a request for me to speak to a manager that would take 3 business days. Horrible customer service and this Mariam didn’t even seem like she wanted to help but just read from a manual stating it’s our policy.UPDATE:Received a call from a manager and did not attempt to assist in any way shape or form. Just recited that that’s not how their systems work and there is nothing they can do. To refund the amount and apply the gift card to the other items on the receipt. Terrible experience made worse.Update 2:Just saying it will be forwarded and nothing actually being done is quite pointless. Still horrible customer service with no follow up.

Due to poor reputation I worried when one of my dining chairs was faulty. They replaced and assembled it the following day and It was resolved. Shipping only took a week and I have the set before Christmas. Happy!

Worth experience that I have ever had with any store. Sent me the damaged dining table, and said that only option to get the replacement is to return it first and then wait for 2 weeks for the new to be delivered. When I explained that I don’t have my old table is it was sold before new arrived, manager Tony only was able to say, it’s a policy and that’s what they can do. Doesn’t feel like he cares about customers at all. I was waiting for his call back 3 days , never called me back until i called the store again and ask to finally talk to him. Based on all recent reviews, unfortunately not only me have bad experience with this store.

I recently made multiple orders with them, and I must say I'm quite disappointed. The majority of items I wanted were on back order, and the estimated restock dates kept getting pushed back, causing frustration. What surprised me even more is that for a company of this size, they only ship out of their distribution center once a week. This has significantly prolonged the delivery timeline, which is far from impressiveThey not only have back-ordered items, but they also charge customers upfront, even when the expected delivery is six months away. This revenue recognition practice doesn't seem fair to customers. It would be much more reasonable to charge when the item is ready to ship.The constant pushback of restock dates, the snail-paced distribution center shipments, and the excruciatingly long delivery times have left me thoroughly agitated. I expected better from them, and this experience has been nothing short of infuriating.

We are LOVING these counter chairs. They are super comfy and sturdy. We’ve had folks of all shapes and sizes through Thanksgiving sitting on them and every one says how comfy they are. They were stupid easy to build and lightweight, but able to hold a lot of weight too (350 lbs+)

Purchased a product online. It was the Nash Media Centere. The front doors were uneven and scraped when opening and closing. I contacted customer service and advised that I adjusted the hinges prior to contacting. They advised of the same thing. I let them know that there is manufacturer defect as the wood was cut unevenly. They said they would get back to me and no one ever did.I followed up and they said to adjust the hinges again.Horrible customer service. Will go to Ikea in the future due to horrible service and saying they wouldngive Mr a credit and never getting back to me.Don't buy from here.

My experience with Structube has been disjappointmenting. I ordered a bed frame in June. When the bed frame finally arrived, it bore visible damage on the outside. Although the store staff demonstrated professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, the corporate office was unwilling to address the issue adequately, offering only a small refund. This contrast between the excellent service at the store level and the lack of flexibility from the corporate office left me with mixed feelings about the brand, ultimately diminishing my confidence in their customer service and product quality

0 customer service. I did not understand who hired him as manager He brings billions of attitude. He did not know how to talk to customers and never fulfilled promises. It was my first time here to get stuff but Never gonna recommend this store to anyone. I wish I could give them a negative star???

The furniture is good, but don't fall for their promises regarding availability and delivery of goods that are back order. The dates keep getting pushed back by months. Totally unreliable "expected dates of availability".
