Dropped car off for simple repairs which their staff couldn't figure out how to complete and assumed it was the wrong part. It was the correct part and I put it on myself after they said they couldn't. They managed to strip the bolt for it though and Leave dozens of greasy hand prints all over my car.. And to top it off. The vehicle went in running perfectly and when I picked it up it couldn't even make it the 2 minute drive home. They denied doing anything.

Purchased 4 new tires from Quattro in Quebec online and had the tires shipped to SureFire. Called and had an appointment the next week to have the tires installed. My wife took the car in, and other than a longer than expected wait (some tool broke), she said the guys were nice and very much liked the place.
